 1- ENGINEER'S FOUNDATION PLAN (SHEET 1) SUBMITTED NOW
 WAS DONE BY ANOTHER ENGINEER. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS NEED
 TO BE ADDRESSED:
  
 A) ENGINEER DRAWINGS SUBMITTED DON'T PROVIDE ANY
 INFORMATION SHOWING HOW THE PRE-MANUFACTURED HOUSE IS
 CONNECTED TO THE STEM WALL. PROVIDE COMPLETE WALL
 SECTIONS, DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS. SEC. R301.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 B) SPECIFICATIONS ON NOTE #8 DON'T MATCH SPECIFICATIONS
 SHOWN ON DETAIL #4. SIZE OF REBAR DOESN'T MATCH. REVISE
 AS REQUIRED. SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION
 (2014).
  
 C) THE UNDER FLOOR SPACE DOESN'T COMPLY WITH THE
 VENTILATION REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R408.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014). NUMBER OF VENTS
 SPECIFIED ON FOUNDATION PLAN DON'T PROVIDE THE 1/150
 VENTILATION RATIO. REVISE NUMBER OF VENTS AS REQUIRED.
  
  
 2- REVISE STAIR SECTION #3 ON SHEET #2:
 A) STAIR SECTION IS INCORRECT. HOW COME THE HANDRAIL IS
 TALLER THAN THE GUARDRAIL?. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 B) PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE STAIRS. SPECIFY ALL FRAMING MEMBERS
 AND ALL FASTENERS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE LIVE
 LOADS OF TABLE R301.5 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 C) PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE STAIR STRINGERS. SPECIFY ALL
 FASTENERS. ALSO, PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE STAIRS RISERS AND TREADS. SEC.
 R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 D) THE HANDRAIL TERMINATION AT TOP AND BOTTOM OF
 HANDRAIL DOESN'T COMPLY WITH SEC. R311.7.8.2
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. WHY IS THERE A 12" EXTENSION ON TOP
 AND BOTTOM OF HANDRAIL?.
  
 E) THE PICKETS SPACING DOESN'T COMPLY WITH SEC.
 R312.1.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 F) THE 4" SPACE SHOWN BETWEEN THE BOTTOM OF THE
 HANDRAIL AND THE EDGE OF THE STAIR IS INCORRECT. SEE
 R312.1.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL FOR THE CORRECT AREA AND
 MAXIMUM DIMENSION ALLOWED. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 G) STAIR KEY NOTES ON DETAIL SECTION #1 ARE NOT
 LEGIBLE. THEY ARE TOO SMALL. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC.
 107.2.1.4 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
  
 ***NOTE: GUTTERS WITH DOWNSPOUTS ARE REQUIRED WHEN THE
