 PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE SMOKE COMPARTMENTATION. THE
 PLAN LEGEND DOES NOT INDICATE IF THE REPRESENTED LINES
 ARE SMOKE COMPARTMENTS OR IF THESE LINES REPRESENT THE
 LIMITATION OF THE WORK AREA? SHEET 005_A31 LIFE SAFETY
 PLAN DOES INDICATE A WALL RATING LEGEND.
  
 1A) THE LOWER RIGHT FLOOR PLAN HAS THE WALL ADJACENT TO
 THE DINING ROOM AND CORRIDOR 107 AS ONE WALL FOR
 COMPARTMENTATION WHEREAS THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS THE
 OPPOSITE WALL OF CORRIDOR 107. DISCREPANCY IN PLANS,
 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.

 EXTERIOR GYPSUM SHEATHING. WHAT IS LACKING IN THESE
 NOTES IS COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION :
 2014 FBC-B 2510.5.2.2 USE OF GYPSUM SHEATHING BACKING.
 GYPSUM SHEATHING IS PERMITTED AS A BACKING FOR METAL OR
 WIRE FABRIC LATH AND CEMENT PLASTER ON WALLS. A
 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 2510.6.
  
 2014 FBC-B 2510.6 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS.
 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS SHALL BE INSTALLED AS REQUIRED
 IN SECTION 1404.2 AND, WHERE APPLIED OVER WOOD-BASED

 THAT EACH LAYER PROVIDES A SEPARATE CONTINUOUS PLANE
 AND ANY FLASHING (INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 1405.4) INTENDED TO DRAIN TO THE WATER-RESISTIVE
 BARRIER IS DIRECTED BETWEEN THE LAYERS.
  
 6) PLEASE NOTE THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED IN AN A8 FLOOD
 ZONE(BASE FLOOD ELEVATION 14.0 FT. NGVD. A FLOOD ZONE

 ZONE. A FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED.
 PLEASE REVIEW CITY ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY REQUIREMENTS
