 THIS PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED WITH PROVISO: PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR COMPONENTS AND CLADDING WHICH ARE
 REQUIRED BUT NOT SUBMITTED AND REVIEWED PRIOR TO PERMIT
 ISSUANCE (FOR INSTANCE, THE BILCO ROOF HATCH, THE STEEL
 EXTERIOR DOOR) ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED AND
 REVIEWED AS A REVISION PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  
 9. THIS PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED WITH PROVISO, SEPARATE
 PERMITS REQUIRED FOR SIGNS, MONUMENT SIGNS, DUMPSTER

 RESIDENTIAL AREA. THE OCCUPANT LOAD IS LESS THAN THE
 NUMBER OF BEDS SHOWN, AND SP1 STATES THERE ARE 46 BEDS.
 IT APPEARS THAT DESIGN OCCUPANT LOAD IS HIGHER THAN THE
 TABLE, CLARIFY OR REVISE.
  
 12. A1.1 NOTE 4 STATES THAT KITCHEN DESIGN AND
 EQUIPMENT ARE ATTACHED, UNABLE TO LOCATE INFORMATION.
 WHO WILL USE THE KITCHEN, RESIDENTS OR STAFF? IS THIS A
 WORK AREA, OR AN AMENITY? SEE ALSO FBC B 904.2.1, FBC
 ACCESSIBILITY. IT APPEARS THAT THIS WILL SERVE AS A
 COMMERCIAL KITCHEN (STAFF ONLY); REVISE PLAN TO
 CLARIFY.
  
 13. A7.3, DETAIL 5 IS FOR A SMOKE BARRIER, CLARIFY.
 OTHER SHEETS REFER TO A SMOKE PARTION WHICH IS REQUIRED
 BY FBC 407.3. IT IS ACCEPTABLE TO EXCEED CODE
 COMPLIANCE BUT, IF IT IS CALLED A SMOKE BARRIER, THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF A SMOKE BARRIER ARE APPLICABLE.
  
 14. DOOR SCHEDULE, A7.1, REVISE TO INCLUDE REQUIREMENTS
 FOR DOORS, FBC 407.3.1.
  
 15. A6.1, OR OTHER APPLICABLE SHEET, REVISE PLAN TO
 INCLUDE REQUIREMENT THAT THE CEILING IS TO BE INSTALLED
 IN A MANNER TO LIMIT THE TRANSFER OF SMOKE, FBC 7F10.4.
  
 16. THIS PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED WITH PROVISO, A SEPARATE

 17. A NOTE ON SHEET LS1.1 STATES THAT THE FIRE ALARM IS
 EXISTING AND FULLY FUNCTIONAL. A FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH FBC B 907.2.6 IS REQUIRED. SINCE THE
 ENTIRE SPACE IS BEING RECONFIGURED, IT APPEARS THAT AN
 ALTERATION OF THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IS REQUIRED.
 COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER REQUIREMENTS, SUCH AS OCCUPANT
 NOTIFICATION SYSTEM, IS NOT CLEAR AS THIS WAS NOT
 REQUIRED FOR THE BUSINESS OCCUPANCY. ARE OCCUPANT
 NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS THE SAME FOR BUSINESS AS
 SLEEPING AREAS? REVISE PLAN TO NOTE BASIC DESIGN
 REQUIREMENTS. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 FIRE ALARM AND A COMPLETE REVIEW WILL BE DONE AT THAT
 TIME.
  
 18. A8.1, DETAILS 2, 5 GRAB BAR IS TOO HIGH, SEE FBC A
 609.9, TOP CANNOT EXCEED 36 IN.
  
 19. PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE SHOWERS, FBC A 608.
  
 20. A8.1, THE BOTTOM OF THE REFLECTIVE SURFACE IS TO BE

 STRUCTURAL ENGINEER IS TO REVIEW THE REPORT PRIOR TO

 ITEMS SUCH AS FIRE SPRINKLER AND FIRE ALARM MAY BE
 SUBMITTED LATER, THE VALUE OF SUCH ITEMS IS REQUIRED AT
 THIS TIME SO THAT A SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT
 DETERMINATION CAN BE MADE, FBC 1612.
  
 23. A COMPLETE REVIEW CANNOT BE DONE AT THIS TIME UNTIL
 THE INFORMATION REGARDING VALUE AND EXISTING BUILDING
