 1) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF THE ASPHALT
 ROOF SHINGLES AND THE WOOD FRONT DOOR SPECIFIED ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 2) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE 6'
 WIDE SLIDING GLASS DOOR ARE NON-IMPACT RATED AND
 REQUIRES THE DOORS TO HAVE IMPACT PROTECTION DEVICES
 INSTALLED. SUBMIT TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AND AN
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE FOR THE IMPACT PROTECTION
 DEVICES. FBC 107.3.4
  
 3) THE ENERGY FORMS R405-2014 THAT WERE SUBMITTED ARE
 MISSING INFORMATION AND CONTAIN ERRORS. PLEASE CORRECT.

 - THE FORMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED BY THE
 OWNER/AGENT.
 - THE OWNER'S NAME SHOULD BE DANNY JONES.
 - BUILDER'S NAME IS MISSING.
 - JURISDICTION IS MISSING (604700).
 - THE ORIENTATION IS WRONG THE FRONT DOOR FACES EAST,
 NOT NORTH.
 - THE WINDOW AREA AND ORIENTATIONS DO NOT MATCH THE
 PLANS.
 - THE GLAZED AREA OF THE 6' WIDE SLIDING GLASS DOOR IS
 NOT SHOWN WITH THE WINDOWS.
 - IN ORDER TO USE THE 1:300 VENT RATIO THE PLANS MUST
 COMPLY WITH EXCEPTION NUMBER (2) OF FBC-R806.2. PROVIDE
 CALCULATIONS AND SHOW THE REQUIRED 40 PERCENT BUT NOT
 MORE THAN 50 PERCENT OF THE REQUIRED VENTILATING AREA
 PROVIDED BY VENTILATORS LOCATED IN THE UPPER PORTION OF
