 THE PLANS INDICATE A LIMITED WORK SCOPE OF BATHROOM
 RENOVATIONS AND ADA RAMP; HOWEVER, A COMPLETE SET OF
 PLANS ARE NEEDED AS THIS APPEARS TO BE A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY FROM MERCANTILE TO A MIXED USE
 ASSEMBLY/BUSINESS OCCUPANCY. "CMS INDOOR ACTION SPORTS"
 APPLIED FOR A BUSINESS TAX EARLIER THIS YEAR (2016) BUT
 NO PERMITS COULD BE LOCATED SUPPORTING THE CHANGE OF
 USE.
  
 PROVIDE A LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOWING ALL OCCUPANCY TYPES,
 OCCUPANT LOADS, FIRE RATED WALLS, OCCUPANCY
 SEPARATIONS, EXITS, EXIT SIGNS, EMERGENCY LIGHTING,
 TRAVEL DISTANCES, COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL, PANIC DOOR
 HARDWARE ETC.
  
 NO FLAME SPREAD OR SMOKE OBSCURATION INFORMATION
 PROVIDED ON THE FLOORING, WALL COVERINGS, CEILING ETC.
  
 TWO EXIT DOORS FROM TWO DIFFERENT TENANTS ARE BEING
 FUNNELED DOWN ONE EGRESS ADA RAMP. REDUCED EGRESS WIDTH
 IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 GUARDS, AT LEAST 42-INCHES TALL, SHALL BE PROVIDED AT
 THE OPEN SIDES OF MEANS OF EGRESS (STAIRS, MEZZANINE,
 ETC.) THAT EXCEED 30-INCHES ABOVE THE FLOOR. OPEN
 GUARDS SHALL PROHIBIT THE PASSAGE OF A 4-INCH DIAMETER
 SPHERE UP TO A HEIGHT OF 34-INCHES.
  
 HOW IS THE EGRESS RAMP BEING PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR
 TRAFFIC OR BLOCKED CARS?
  
 PROVIDE TACTILE SIGNAGE AT ALL REQUIRED EXIT DOORS WITH
 EXIT SIGNS.
  
 UPDATE THE CODE LIST TO REFERENCE THE 5TH EDITION OF
 THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE WHICH CONTAINS THE
 2012 EDITION OF BOTH NFPA 1 AND NFPA 101 WITH FLORIDA
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 A THOROUGH AND COMPLETE PLAN REVIEW CANNOT BE COMPLETED
 AT THIS TIME DUE TO LACK OF INFORMATION SUBMITTED ON
 THE PLANS. ADDITIONAL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS MAY BE
 GENERATED DURING PLAN RESUBMISSION.
