 MARSHAL, WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 THERE IS INSUFFICINET INFORMATION SUBMITTED FOR THIS
 PROJECT TO DETERMINE IF IT MEETS FIRE CODE APPROVAL FOR
 AN EXIT STAIRWAY.
  
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE GREATER DETAIL OF THE TRACK IN
 RELATION TO THE HANDRAIL AND INTRUSION INTO THE
 STARIWAY.
  
 PER NFPA 101 CHAPTER 7, MEANS OF EGRESS, THERE MUST BE
 36" OF CLEAR WIDTH.
  
 7.2.2.2.1 STANDARD STAIRS.
  
 (2)* EXISTING STAIRS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO REMAIN IN
 USE, PROVIDED THAT THEY MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR

 WHEN THE CHAIR IS AT THE TOP AND/OR BOTTOM.
  
 INCLUDE ALL DIMENSIONS TO NEAREST DOORS, WALLS,
 CORRIDORS, EXITS, ETC.
