 ACCESSIBILITY 202.4. REVISE PLAN TO SHOW ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE. AERIALS SHOW THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING AT THE REAR
 OF THE BUILDING. PLAN SHOWS A 5" STEP AT THE BACK
 DOORS. IT APPEARS THAT THE DOORS AT THE REAR OF THE
 BUILDING SHOULD BE ACCESSIBLE.
  
 2. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE CONTRACT FOR THIS PROJECT, FBC
 109. PROVIDE A COST BREAKDOWN FOR THIS PROJECT. FBC 5TH
 EDITION ACCESSIBILITY 202.4.1, 202.4.2. PLEASE SEND
 THIS INFORMATION VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO RESUBMITTING. ALSO
 PROVIDE INFORMATION AS TO HOW YOU WILL COMPLY WITH ITEM
 #1. THIS IS TO BE RESOLVED AND AGREED UPON PRIOR TO
 RESUBMITTING TO AVOID MULTIPLE REVIEWS.
  
 3. THE LETTER STATES THAT THE RESIDENTIAL AREA ON THE
 2ND FLOOR WILL BE USED AS OFFICE SPACE. REVISE PLAN TO
 INCLUDE A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE 2ND FLOOR. A
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CANNOT BE DONE WITH A LETTER, SEE
