 8) FBC-110.7 IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION. NEW CONSTRUCTION
 ACTIVITY SHALL NOT ADVERSELY IMPACT LEGAL HISTORIC
 SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE FLOWS SERVING ADJACENT
 PROPERTIES, AND MAY REQUIRE SPECIAL DRAINAGE DESIGN
 COMPLYING WITH ENGINEERING STANDARDS TO PRESERVE THE
 POSITIVE DRAINAGE PATTERNS OF THE AFFECTED SITES.
 SUPPLY A DRAINAGE DESIGN PLAN.
  
 9) R401.3 DRAINAGE. SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED
 TO A STORM SEWER CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF
 COLLECTION THAT DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE
 GRADED TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION
 WALLS. THE GRADE SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152
 MM) WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET (3048 MM).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
 IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF THE
 BUILDING FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2
 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
  
 10) FBC-R404.1.6 HEIGHT ABOVE FINISHED GRADE. CONCRETE
 AND MASONRY FOUNDATION WALLS SHALL EXTEND ABOVE THE
 FINISHED GRADE ADJACENT TO THE FOUNDATION AT ALL POINTS
 A MINIMUM OF 4 INCHES (102 MM) WHERE MASONRY VENEER IS
 USED AND A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) ELSEWHERE.
  
 11) FBC-R704 INSPECTION FOR TERMITES. IN ORDER TO
 PROVIDE FOR INSPECTION FOR TERMITE INFESTATION,
 CLEARANCE BETWEEN EXTERIOR WALL COVERINGS AND FINAL
 EARTH GRADE ON THE EXTERIOR OF A BUILDING SHALL NOT BE
 LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM).
  
 12) FBC-R314.3.1 ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS AND ADDITIONS.
 WHEN ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR ADDITIONS REQUIRING A
 PERMIT OCCUR, OR WHEN ONE OR MORE SLEEPING ROOMS ARE
 ADDED OR CREATED IN EXISTING DWELLINGS, THE INDIVIDUAL
 DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH SMOKE ALARMS
 LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS.
  
 13) FBC-R315.1 CARBON MONOXIDE PROTECTION. EVERY
 SEPARATE BUILDING OR AN ADDITION TO AN EXISTING
 BUILDING FOR WHICH A PERMIT FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION IS
 ISSUED AND HAVING A FOSSIL-FUEL-BURNING HEATER OR
 APPLIANCE, A FIREPLACE, AN ATTACHED GARAGE, OR OTHER
 FEATURE, FIXTURE, OR ELEMENT THAT EMITS CARBON MONOXIDE
 AS A BYPRODUCT OF COMBUSTION SHALL HAVE AN OPERATIONAL
 CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM INSTALLED WITHIN 10 FEET OF EACH
 ROOM USED FOR SLEEPING PURPOSES.
  
 14) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF THE PRODUCT EVALUATIONS AND
 INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ICYNENE INSULATION
 SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS. FBC - R 316
  
 15) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF
 THE ROOFING MATERIALS, DOUBLE HUNG WINDOWS, STRUCTURAL
 MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR DOOR TYPES.
  
 16) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R 301.2.1.2 FOR IMPACT
 PROTECTION OF GLAZED OPENINGS.
  
 17) THE VALUATION OF THE WORK IS LOW FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES AND HAS BEEN ADJUSTED TO $117,889.00 BASED ON
 ICC VALUATION DATA. FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE
 TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL,
 INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND
 DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT;
 EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY
 INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 18) FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION - SECT. 103.1.1.2 CODE
 COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION. THE BUILDING'S OWNER, THE
 OWNER'S ARCHITECT, OR OTHER AUTHORIZED AGENT LEGALLY
 DESIGNATED BY THE OWNER SHALL CERTIFY THAT THE BUILDING
 IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE, AS PER SECTION 553.907,
 FLORIDA STATUTES, PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE PERMIT TO
 BEGIN CONSTRUCTION OR RENOVATION. SUBMIT TWO SETS OF
 THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTATION.
  
 19) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT
 A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
