 BELOW PLEASE FIND A LIST OF REQUIRED CORRECTIONS.
 ADDITIONAL CORRECTIONS MAY BE REQUIRED AFTER REVIEW OF
 SUBMITTED CORRECTIONS.
  
 1. SECTION 107.2.1 OF THE WPB CITY AMENDMENTS: THE CODE
 TO WHICH THE PROJECT IS BEING DESIGNED SHALL BE CLEARLY
 INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS.
 2. FBC-RE3902.12 HAS SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR
 ARC-FAULT PROTECTION AND THEY GO BEYOND THOSE INDICATED
 ON THE DRAWINGS. CORRECT BLOCK NOTE ACCORDINGLY.
 3. FBC-RE4002.9 (NEC406.9(B)) IS THE APPLICABLE CODE
 SECTION WHICH REQUIRES THAT RECEPTACLES INSTALLED IN
 WET OR DAMP LOCATIONS BE LISTED WEATHER RESISTANT.
 CORRECT BLOCK NOTE ACCORDINGLY.
 4. FBC-RE3905.8: BOXES USED FOR THE SOLE SUPPORT OF
 CEILING FANS SHALL BE MARKED BY THE MANUFACTURER AS
 SUITABLE FOR THE PURPOSE AND SUPPORT LOADS GREATER THAN
 70 LBS. THIS SHALL BE ADDED TO THE BLOCK NOTES.
 5. ACCORDING TO FBC REQUIREMENTS BATHROOM VENTILATION
 FOR THE CABANA BATH IS REQUIRED WHENEVER THE ROOM IS
 OCCUPIED AND THEREFORE SHALL GO ON WITH THE LIGHTS. THE
 EXHAUST FAN SHALL BE CONNECTED TO THE LIGHTING.
 6. YOU INDICATED LIGHTING FOR THE ATTIC ACCESS ON THE
 PLANS. MAY I SUGGEST THAT THIS BE SWITCHED OUTSIDE THE
 ATTIC AND CONTROLLED WITH A SWITCH THAT HAS A PILOT SO
 AS TO INDICATE IF THE LIGHT IS ACCIDENTLY LEFT ON.
 FURTHERMORE, THERE SHALL BE LIGHTING AND A GFCI
 PROTECTED SERVICE OUTLET BY THE HVAC EQUIPMENT INSIDE
 THE ATTIC AS WELL.
 7. ON THE RISER DIAGRAM YOU SHOW DOUBLE TAPPING AT THE
 METER SOCKET. UNLESS THE METER IS DOUBLE LUGGED THIS IS
 AGAINST CODE AND THEREFORE NOT ALLOWED. PROVIDE EITHER
 SPECS FOR THE PROPOSED DOUBLE LUGGED METER CAN OR A
 BLOCK NOTE ADDRESSING THIS ISSUE.
 8. FBC-ER404.1: A MINIMUM OF 75% OF THE PERMANENTLY
 INSTALLED LIGHTING FIXTURES SHALL BE OF THE
 HIGH-EFFICACY TYPE OR HAVE A MINIMUM OF 75% OF THE
 FIXTURES SHALL CONTAIN HIGH-EFFICACY LAMPS.
 9. IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE ENERGY CONSERVATION
 REQUIREMENT, LET ME SUGGEST THE USE OF ADDITIONAL
 SWITCHING (3 WAY ETC.) FOR THE MASTER BEDROOM ENTRY AND
 MASTER BEDROOM CORRIDOR.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, FOR A QUICKER RETURN ON YOUR
 RE-SUBMITTAL, PLEASE PROVIDE A RESPONSE LETTER
 (NARRATIVE) ADDRESSING EACH ITEM AND THE PAGE NUMBER
 WHERE THE CORRECTIONS APPEAR ALONG WITH THE STANDARD
 CITY RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO THE SUBMITTAL PACKAGE. MARK VOID
 AND LEAVE THE PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS FOR
 COMPARATIVE REVIEW. CLOUDING THE CHANGES WILL BE
 GREATLY APPRECIATED.
