 FEEDER IS AERIAL OR UNDERGROUND.
 2. THE WORD ROMEX AS USED IN THIS NOTE IS TO IDENTIFY A
 TYPE OF CABLE. ROMEX IS A BRAND NAME AND NOT A TYPE OF
 CABLE, REFER TO CABLE TYPES NM, NMC OR NMS. CORRECT
 ELECTRICAL SERVICE NOTES #10.
 3. YOU SHALL COMPLETE THE A/C CHANGE-OUT FORM TO CROSS
 REFERENCE DETAILS FOR THE LOADS CALCS AND PANEL
 SCHEDULE. THIS WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED FOR THE MECHANICAL
 REVIEW.
 4. NOTE THAT IT IS THE AMBIENT CONDITIONS WHICH
 DETERMINE CONDUCTOR INSULATION TYPE AND NOT THE WIRE
 GAUGE. ALL CONDUCTORS EXPOSED TO DAMP OR WET LOCATIONS
 SHALL BE LISTED ACCORDINGLY REGARDLESS OF GAUGE.
 CORRECT ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS NOTE #3 ACCORDINGLY.
 5. FBC-RE3602.2/NEC 220.82 SERVICE LOAD: CORRECT THE
 ELECTRICAL LOAD CALCS. YOUR FIGURES INDICATE 2660 SQ.
 FT. AND THE PROPERTY APPRAISER SHOWS ONLY 962 SQ. FT.
 FOR THE RESIDENCE. THE A/C CHANGE-OUT FORM INDICATES A
 5KW HEATER; THE LOAD CALCS SHOW 10KW. CHECK THE MATH
 6. THE FLOOR PLAN REFLECTS A RANGE W/AN OVEN AND ALSO A
 COOK TOP W/OVEN. THIS DIFFERS FROM THE CIRCUIT
 DIRECTORY AND LOAD CALCS. CORRECT ACCORDINGLY.
 7. FBC-R4002.9 NEC 406.9(B) RECEPTACLES IN WET
 LOCATIONS. 15 AND 20 AMPERE, 125 AND 250 VOLT
 RECEPTACLES INSTALLED IN A WET LOCATION SHALL HAVE AN
 ENCLOSURE THAT IS WEATHERPROOF WHETHER OR NOT THE
 ATTACHMENT PLUG CAP IS INSERTED. ALL 15 AND 20 AMPERE,
 125 AND 250 VOLT NONLOCKING RECEPTACLES SHALL BE LISTED
 WEATHER-RESISTANT TYPE WR. THIS CAN BE ADDRESSED WITH A
 BLOCK NOTE ADDED TO THE EXISTING NOTES.
 8. FBC-RE3905.8 NEC 314.27(D) PADDLE FANS. BOXES USED
 FOR THE SOLE SUPPORT OF CEILING FANS SHALL BE MARKED BY
 THE MANUFACTURER AS SUITABLE FOR THE PURPOSE, AND
 INDICATE THE WEIGHT LIMITATIONS BUT SHALL NOT BE USED
 TO SUPPORT PADDLE FANS HEAVIER THAN 70 LBS. THIS TOO
 CAN BE ADDRESSED WITH A BLOCK NOTE.
 9. FBC-RE3903.3/NEC 210.70(A)(2)(B): AT LEAST ONE
 WALL-SWITCH-CONTROLLED LIGHTING OUTLET SHALL BE
 INSTALLED TO PROVIDE ILLUMINATION ON THE EXTERIOR SIDE
 OF EACH OUTDOOR EGRESS DOOR HAVING GRADE LEVEL ACCESS.
 THIS APPLIES TO THE DOOR LEADING OUTSIDE FROM THE
 LAUNDRY AREA.
 10. FBC-RE3901.2.2 NEC 210.52 (A)(2) WALL SPACE. ANY
 WALL SPACE 2 FT. OR MORE IN WIDTH SHALL REQUIRE A
 RECEPTACLE. OUTLETS MISSING IN THE BEDROOMS ON THE WALL
 BETWEEN THE ENTRY DOOR AND THE CLOSET.
 11. FBC-R404.1 LIGHTING EQUIPMENT (MANDATORY). A
 MINIMUM OF 75 PERCENT OF THE LAMPS IN PERMANENTLY
 INSTALLED LIGHTING FIXTURES SHALL BE HIGH-EFFICACY
 LAMPS OR A MINIMUM OF 75 PERCENT OF THE PERMANENTLY
 INSTALLED LIGHTING FIXTURES SHALL CONTAIN ONLY HIGH
 EFFICACY LAMPS.
  
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, FOR A QUICKER RETURN ON YOUR
 RE-SUBMITTAL, PLEASE PROVIDE A RESPONSE LETTER
 (NARRATIVE) ADDRESSING EACH ITEM AND THE PAGE NUMBER
 WHERE THE CORRECTIONS APPEAR ALONG WITH THE STANDARD
 CITY RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO THE SUBMITTAL PACKAGE. MARK VOID
 AND LEAVE THE PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS FOR
 COMPARATIVE REVIEW. CLOUDING THE CHANGES WILL BE
 GREATLY APPRECIATED.
