 1. PLEASE PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT AND
 ACCURATE SURVEY.
  
 2. PLEASE NOTE ON THE SITE PLAN THE EXACT LOCATION /
 CONFIGURATION OF THE PLAYGROUND, ALONG WITH ALL OTHER
 IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE PROPOSED AS PART OF THE
 PLAYGROUND INSTALLATION (I.E. FENCING, GATES, ETC.).
  
 3. IT APPEARS THAT THERE ARE UTILITIES IN THE AREA OF
 THE PROPOSED INSTALLATION, INCLUDING SANITARY AND WATER
 LINES. PLEASE CONFIRM THEIR LOCATION AND ENSURE THAT
 THERE IS NO ISSUE WITH THE PLACEMENT OF THE EQUIPMENT
 RELATIVE TO THE LOCATION OF THE UTILITY LINES.
  
 4. PLEASE VERIFY IF ANY EXISTING LANDSCAPE MATERIAL IS
 PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED OR RELOCATED. IF SO, ADDITIONAL
 PERMITS / MODIFICATIONS MAY BE REQUIRED.
  
 5. THE DIMENSIONS IDENTIFIED FOR THE "PLAYGROUND AREA"
 DO NOT SEEM TO CORRESPOND TO THE ACTUAL DIMENSIONS OF
 THE SPACE OUTLINED. BASED UPON PREVIOUS PERMIT
 DRAWINGS, THERE IS ONLY APPROXIMATELY 18 FEET BETWEEN
 THE RAMP/WALKWAY AND THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING...THE
 DIMENSION PROVIDED ON THE SITE PLAN FOR THE PLAYGROUND
 INDICATES 25 FEET. ENSURE THAT THE AREA IDENTIFIED AND
 ALL DIMENSIONS ARE ACCURATE.
