 NOTE:
 BUILDING REVIEW MAY BE APPROVED WITH PROVISO. PROVISO
 MEANS THAT CONTRACTOR WILL SUBMIT REQUIRED INFORMATION
 PRIOR TO INSPECTIONS TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
 REVISION FEES MAY APPLY. CONTRACTOR TO ADVICE IF THE
 PROVISO OPTION IS PREFERRED AT THIS TIME. NEED TO HAVE
 THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS CERTIFIED BY THE OWNER OF
 LEGALLY DESIGNATED AGENT AND BUILDER NEEDS TO COMPLETE
 THE EPL DISPLAY CARD BEFORE ISSUING PERMIT.
  
  
 1- ENERGY CALCULATIONS FORM R405-2014 SUBMITTED:
 A) OWNER OR LEGALLY DESIGNATED AGENT SHALL CERTIFY AT
 THE BOTTOM OF FORM SUBMITTED AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R103.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 B) BUILDER TO COMPLETE THE ENERGY PERFORMANCE LEVEL
 (EPL) DISPLAY CARD ENCLOSED IN THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS
 PACKAGE. SEC. R405.4.3 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 2- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS (DOORS,
 WINDOWS AND ROOFING) AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- FLAT ROOF NOA 14-1030.02 SUBMITTED:
 A) CLEARLY MARK SPECIFIC APPROVED ASSEMBLY TO BE
 INSTALLED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WIT THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 OF SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT.
  
 B) PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS (2
 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION # 7 ON LAST
 PAGE OF NOA SUBMITTED. REQUIRED TO MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT.
  
 4- REVISE SURVEY DRAWN ON 08/06/17. ACCORDING TO FLOOD
 INSURANCE RATE MAP (FIRM) COMMUNITY PANEL NUMBER 120229
 0020B EFFECTIVE DATE MARCH 1, 1979 THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED IN FLOOD ZONE "C" NOT "B". REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 SEC. R107.2.1 AND SEC. 107.2.5 CITY AMENDMENTS.
