 THERE IS A CONFLICT WITH PERMIT #14100767 AND PLANS
 SUBMITTED NOW FOR THE BEDROOM ADDITION. PERMIT
 #14100767 WAS FOR AN STORAGE ROOM. PLANS SUBMITTED NOW
 INDICATE THAT THIS AREA IS LIVABLE AREA (NO STORAGE).
 IN 2014 PERMIT APPLICATION AND PLANS WERE SUBMITTED TO
 RE-OPEN EXPIRED PERMIT #99120889. PERMIT #14100767 WAS
 NEVER ISSUED. IT WAS ABANDONED. NEED TO INVESTIGATE IF
 THE WORK WAS DONE. THERE ARE NO PERMITS OR INSPECTIONS
 FOR THE WORK IN THIS AREA. FEES FOR WORK WITHOUT PERMIT

 INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SIDE OF THE WALL. SEE TABLE R402A
 OF FORM R402-2014 SUBMITTED. ENGINEER OF RECORD TO
 PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING HOW
 THE INSULATION IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED ON BOTH SIDES
 OF THE WALL. SEC. R103.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 B) NEED R-30 CEILING INSULATION. SEE TABLE R402A FOR
 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS. R-30 BATT INSULATION DOESN'T
 FIT ON 2X8 ROOF JOISTS. R-30 BATT INSULATION IS ABOUT
 9-1/2" THICK. ALSO, NEED AT LEAST 1" CLEARANCE BETWEEN
 THE INSULATION AND THE ROOF SHEATHING FOR ROOF
 VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R806.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.

 (FLAT). NOTE: THE 2"X8" BRACING SHOWN ON THE ROOF
 FRAMING PLAN IS ALSO BLOCKING THE CROSS VENTILATION.
 NEED TO PROVIDE AT LEAST 1" VENT AND INSULATION
 CLEARANCE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R806.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
