 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
 NOTE: THIS MAY BE DONE LATER WHEN PERMIT IS READY TO BE
 ISSUED.
  
 2- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS (2 COPIES). SEC.
 R101.4.3 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION (2014).
 NOTE: COORDINATE WITH INFORMATION SHOWN ON PLANS TO
 AVOID CONFLICTS OR DELAYS.
  
 3- THE WEST WALL IS BLOCKED TO ALLOW FOR THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION. CLEARLY IDENTIFY ON PLANS THE ROOM (OR ROOMS)
 THAT ARE ADJACENT TO THE PROPOSED ADDITION. IF THERE IS
 ANY BEDROOM LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE PROPOSED ADDITION,
 THEN COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS NEED TO BE
 PROVIDED. SEC. R310 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION
 (2014).
  
 4- FOUNDATION PLAN ON SHEET A-1 IS NOT CLEAR. THERE IS
 NOT FOOTING MF-16 AT THE CORNER WHERE THE NEW SHOWER IS
 GOING TO BE INSTALLED. PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS. SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 5- FLOOR PLANS ON SHEET A-1 DOESN'T SPECIFY SIZE OF ALL
 DOORS AND WINDOWS. PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 6- REVISE ROOF SLOPE SHOWN ON THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN,
 TYPICAL WALL SECTION AND EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS. THE
 REQUIRED SLOPE IS 1/4" PER FT MIN. SEC. R905.9
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 7- TYPICAL WALL SECTION ON SHEET A-1:
 A) PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ROOF
 SHEATHING FASTENING AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R803.2.1.3.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. NEED TO SPECIFY NAIL SPACING FOR EACH
 ZONE. AND, CLARIFY WHERE IS SHEET C2 REFERENCED ON THE
 WALL SECTION?.
  
 B) NEED TO PROVIDE ROOF CROSS VENTILATION AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R806 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SPECIFIED VENTS DON'T
 PROVIDE CROSS VENTILATION ON THE TYPE OF PROPOSED ROOF
 (FLAT). NOTE: THE 2"X8" BRACING SHOWN ON THE ROOF
 FRAMING PLAN IS ALSO BLOCKING THE CROSS VENTILATION.
 NEED TO PROVIDE AT LEAT 1" VENT AND INSULATION
 CLEARANCE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R806.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 C) SPECIFY THE ROOF INSULATION. NOTE: COORDINATE WITH
 THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AND ITEM # 7(B) ABOVE. SEC.
 R103.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 D) SPECIFY THE WALL INSULATION. NOTE: COORDINATE WITH
 THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. SEC. R103.2 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
  
 8- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.002(33) FOR:
 A) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. DWGS NO
 08-02476 SUBMITTED DON'T HAVE A FLORIDA PRODUCT
 APPROVAL NUMBER OR MIAMI-DADE NOA NUMBER. PROVIDE
 FLORIDA OR MIAMI-DADE COVER PAGE THAT CORRESPONDS TO
 DRAWINGS SUBMITTED. IF THERE IS NOT CURRENT FLORIDA OR
 MIAMI-DADE APPROVAL, THEN MANUFACTURER MAY APPLY FOR
 LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL BY SUBMITTING COMPLETE ORIGINAL
 ENGINEER PACKAGE FOR BUILDING OFFICIAL APPROVAL. ADVICE
 IF APPLYING FOR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR FURTHER
 INSTRUCTIONS.
  
 B) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 C) SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
 PROVIDE ONLY THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE
 AND PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR OR ENGINEER TO
 LIST THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NEXT TO EACH
 SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.
  
 9- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 10- FLAT ROOF NOA 14-1030.02 SUBMITTED:
 A) CLEARLY MARK SPECIFIC APPROVED ASSEMBLY TO BE
 INSTALLED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WIT THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 OF SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS (2
 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION # 7 ON LAST
 PAGE OF NOA SUBMITTED. REQUIRED TO MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 11- PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS
 WITHIN ALL BEDROOMS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R315
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 12- INFORMATION SHOWN ON WINDOW/DOOR BUCK DETAIL AND
 DOOR HEAD/JAMB SHOWN ON SHEET A-2 IS NOT CLEAR AND
 DOESN'T MATCH. IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S FOR TWO DIFFERENT
 PROJECTS. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
