 1- PLANS SUBMITTED ARE NOT CLEAR. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. KITCHEN LAYOUT SHOWN MATCHES KITCHEN LAYOUT
 SHOWN ON CITY FILE PERMIT #05071160. BATHROOM LAYOUT
 SUBMITTED DOESN'T MATCH ANY OF THE BATHROOMS SHOWN ON
 PERMIT #05071160. SEE ATTACHED COPY OF EXISTING LAYOUT.
 IT LOOKS LIKE THE SCOPE OF WORK IS MORE THAN JUST
 REPLACING THE PLUMBING FIXTURES. CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH
 BATHROOM IS GOING TO BE REMODELED (MASTER BATHROOM,
 ETC). PROVIDE PLANS THAT MATCH EXISTING CONDITIONS AND
 PLANS SHOWING PROPOSED BATHROOM LAYOUT. PLANS NEED TO
 BE DRAWN TO SCALE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.2.1.4 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- PLANS NEED TO HAVE THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE
 PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.,
  
 3- PLANS SUBMITTED SHOW ORIGINAL BATHROOM WITH A WINDOW
 FOR VENTILATION. NEW BATHROOM LAYOUT DOESN'T SHOW THE
 WINDOW. PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE BATHROOM VENTILATION AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R303.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION
 (2014).
  
 4- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 HOW THE BATHROOM WINDOW OPENING IS GOING TO BE CLOSED
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 5- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF EACH DRAWING AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 107.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. ONLY ONE COPY WAS SUBMITTED.
  
 6- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION LOOKS
 TOO LOW BASED ON THE SCOPE OF WORK. VALUATION TO
 INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS AND CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD
 AND PROFIT (EVEN FOR OWNER/BUILDER) AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. REVISE VALUATION AS REQUIRED.
  
 7- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 713 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 8- OWNER IS APPLYING FOR OWNER/BUILDER PERMIT.
 ACCORDING TO PBC PROPERTY APPRAISER RECORDS THE OWNER'S
 HOMESTEAD HOUSE IS LOCATED AT 1022 NASSAU ST. DELRAY
 BEACH. PROVIDE CLARIFICATION. OWNER/BUILDER MAY NOT
 RENT OR SELL HOUSE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 713 FLORIDA
 STATUTE.
 CONTRACTOR MAY BE REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR THE PERMIT.
