 1) PLEASE PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE AC SYSTEM SIZING
 METHOD THAT WAS DEVELOPED AND USED BY THE ENGINEER OF
 RECORD TO ESTABLISH THE COOLING AND HEATING LOADS-
 SECTION C403.2.1 EXCEPTION.
  
 2) THE O/A VENTILATION TABLE INDICATES NATURAL
 VENTILATION FOR THE RESIDENTIAL BEDROOMS, HOWEVER THE
 PLAN SHOWS OUTSIDE AIR DUCTS SUPPLYING AHU-S 1, 2 & 3.
 PLEASE REVISE THE TABLE TO SHOW THE ACCURATE MECHANICAL
 RATES.
  
 3) M1.0: SEPARATE MOTORIZED DAMPERS ARE REQUIRED FOR
 THE O/A DUCTS SUPPLYING AHU-2 & 3- SECTION C403.2.4.4
 FBC-14 ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 4) M1.0: REFER TO SECTION 607.5.3 AND PROVIDE FIRE
 DAMPERS FOR ALL DUCT PENETRATING THE 1/2 HR FIRE-RATED
 PARTITIONS SEPARATING THE BEDROOMS AND CORRIDORS IN THE
 RESIDENTIAL AREA, IF USING ONE OF THE EXCEPTIONS UNDER
 THE SECTION, PLEASE INDICATE WITH NOTES AND DETAILS.
  
 5) M2.0: PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR INSTALLATION OF THE FIRE
 DAMPERS AT THE RESIDENTIAL BEDROOM AND CORRIDOR CEILING
 DIFFUSERS AND GRILLS.
  
 6) M2.0: REFER TO SECTION 504.4.6- 504.4.6.2: DRYER
 BOOSTER FANS ARE NO LONGER PERMITTED TO EXTEND DRYER
 EXHAUST DUCT LENGTHS. THE MAXIMUM LENGTH OF THE DRYER
 EXHAUST DUCT SHALL BE 35 FT. OR DETERMINED BY
 MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS.
  
 7) THE REQUESTED PRODUCT APPROVALS AND /OR NOA'S FOR
 THE LOUVER AND THE AC STAND WERE NOT SUBMITTED.
  
 8) PLEASE PROVIDE A SUBMITTAL FOR THE FIRE-RATED EF-2
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED WITH SIGNATURE BY THE EOR.
  
 9) THE OWNER/AGENT MUST SIGN THE ENERGYGAUGE/ASHRAE
 90.1 COMPLIANCE SUBMITTAL- SEE PAGE 3.
  
 10) CONDENSATE FROM THE AC SYSTEMS SHALL NOT DRAIN INTO
 THE CITY SANITARY SYSTEM- SEC 90-126 WPB CODE OF
 ORDINANCES.
