 NOTE:
 MECHANICAL REVIEW MAY BE APPROVED WITH PROVISO. PROVISO
 MEANS THAT PERMIT MAY BE ISSUED AND CONTRACTOR MAY
 SUBMIT THE REQUIRED ITEMS AFTER THE PERMIT IS ISSUED
 BUT BEFORE INSPECTIONS TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. NOTE:
 REVISION FEES APPLY. CONTRACTOR TO RESPOND IN WRITING
 IF THE PROVISO OPTION IS PREFERRED AT THIS TIME.
  
 1- PLANS DON'T SPECIFY IF A/C EQUIPMENT IS EXISTING OR
 NEW. IT DOESN'T SPECIFY SIZE OF EQUIPMENT. PROVIDE
 EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R403.6 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION (2014) TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE ADDITIONAL LOAD.
 RESPONSE: PLANS ARE NOT CLEAR IF THE EXISTING A/C UNIT
 NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO SERVE THE ADDITIONAL LOAD.
 CLEARLY SPECIFY ON PLANS IF THE A/C UNIT WAS UPDATED
 AND SPECIFY ON PLANS EQUIPMENT LISTED IN THE EQUIPMENT
 SIZING CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED.
  
 2- A/C PLANS NEEDS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE BALANCED
 RETURN AIR AS REQUIRED BY SEC. M1602.4 FBC-RESIDENTIAL,
 5TH EDITION (2014). NOTE: TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT
 NEED TO COUNT ALL THE SUPPLY AIR GOING TO THE MASTER
 BEDROOM, INCLUDING THE SUPPLY AIR TO THE UTILITY AREA
 AND BATHROOM.
