 NOTE:
 BUILDING REVIEW MAY BE APPROVED WITH PROVISO. PROVISO
 MEANS THAT PERMIT MAY BE ISSUED AND CONTRACTOR MAY
 SUBMIT THE REQUIRED ITEMS AFTER THE PERMIT IS ISSUED
 BUT BEFORE INSPECTIONS TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. NOTE:
 REVISION FEES MAY APPLY. CONTRACTOR TO RESPOND IN
 WRITING IF THE PROVISO OPTION IS PREFERRED AT THIS
 TIME. PERMIT MAY BE PROCESSED ONCE THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS ARE SIGNED BY THE OWNER/AGENT, CONTRACTOR
 COMPLETES THE EPL FORM AND THE COUNTY IMPACT FEES STAMP
 AND PAID RECEIPT (IF REQUIRED) IS PROVIDED.
  
 1- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R101.4.3 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION
 (2014).
 RESPONSE: A) CONTRACTOR TO COMPLETE THE ENERGY
 PERFORMANCE LEVEL (EPL) CARD AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R405.4.3 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 B) OWNER OR LEGALLY DESIGNATED AGENT TO CERTIFY AT THE
 BOTTOM OF THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS FORM SUBMITTED AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R103.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION,
 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 C) PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM,
 INCLUDING THE BUILDER NAME. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2

 2- INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE NEW "TYPICAL FRAMING AND
 CONNECTIONS @ OPENINGS" DETAIL DOESN'T MATCH
