 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET C5.01 NOW INDICATES A TOTAL OF 7 ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES. PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 208.2.4 OF
 THEACCESSIBILITY CODE WHERE VAN PARKING IS PROVIDED
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 502.2, FOR EVERY SIX OR FRACTION OF
 SIX PARKING SPACES REQUIRED BY 208.2 TO COMPLY WITH
 502, AT LEAST ONE SHALL BE A VAN PARKING SPACE
 COMPLYING WITH 502. SINCE THERE ARE 7 ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES THEN 2 ARE REQUIRED TO BE VAN
 ACCESSIBLE.
  
 2) PROVIDE SIGNAGE FOR ALL OF THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 STALLS AND VAN ACCESSIBLE STALLS SHALL HAVE SIGNAGE.
 PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH ACCESS. CODE 502.6
 THE INTERNATIONAL SYMBOL OF ACCESSIBILITY COMPLYING
 WITH 703.7.2.1. SIGNS IDENTIFYING VAN PARKING SPACES
 WHEN REQUIRED BY 502.2 SHALL CONTAIN THE DESIGNATION
 ?VAN ACCESSIBLE.?
  
 3) PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE FOR THE VAN ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES FOR ANGLED PARKING SPACES NEED TO BE LAID OUT
 WITH THE ACCESS AISLES ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE
 PARKING SPACES. SEE 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE

 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
