 1) A MINOR AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE CHANGE TO THE
 SITE PLAN FOR THE RAMP AS WELL AS THE CHANGES TO THE
 INTERIOR LEVELS OF THE PARKING STRUCTURE AND THE
 ELEVATIONS. THE MINOR AMENDMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR
 REVIEW PRIOR TO THE C.O. FOR THE PORSCHE BUILDING.
 PLEASE REMEMBER THAT MASTER PERMIT 15120536 REQUIRED
 MINOR AMENDMENT REVISIONS THAT HAVE NOT YET BEEN
 SUBMITTED. THE NEW ADA RAMP SQUARE FOOTAGE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED ON THE MINOR AMENDMENT.
  
 2) IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS SQUARE FOOTAGE BEING ADDED
 AS PART OF THIS PERMIT (OUTSIDE OF THE ADDITIONAL ADA
 RAMP). AN EXAMPLE IS THE OFFICE 135 AREA ON SHEET
 A1.1.1.1E. IF NEW SQUARE FOOTAGE IS BEING PROPOSED,
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR THE NEW
 DEALERSHIP BUILDINGS TO VERIFY THAT THE ADDITIONAL
 SQUARE FOOTAGE DOES NOT TRIGGER A MAJOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT. NOTE: APPROVED SQUARE FOOTAGE IS AS
 FOLLOWS:
  
 BUILDING D - ENCLOSED AREA 27,364 SF AND SERVICE BAYS
 10,131 SF
 BUILDING E - ENCLOSED AREA 33,616 SF AND SERVICE BAYS
 16,503 SF
  
 3) STAFF CAN NOT APPROVE THIS PERMIT IF THERE IS AN
 ADDITION OF GREATER THAN FIVE PERCENT OF THE FLOOR AREA
 OR IF THE TRAFFIC TRIPS INCREASE.
  
 4) SHEETS A1.2.1, A1.3.1, A1.5.1, A1.6.1 AND A1.7.1
 (AND SHEETS A1.2.1 C AND D AND SHEETS A1.3.1C AND D AND
 SHEET A1.5.1C AND SHEET A1.6.1C) SHOW TWO LESS PARKING
 SPACES BASED ON THE NEW ELEVATOR AND VESTIBULE. PLEASE
 PROVIDE REVISED PARKING CALCULATIONS TO VERIFY THAT THE
 MINIMUM PARKING REQUIREMENTS ARE STILL BEING MET.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT IT APPEARS THAT THERE ARE COLUMNS IN A
 FEW SPACES ON THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE GARAGE ON EACH
 LEVEL. IF THESE ARE BEING COUNTED AS PART OF THE
 REQUIRED PARKING THEY WILL NEED TO BE MARKED AS COMPACT
 SPACES IF THEY ARE AT LEAST 16 FEET IN LENGTH, BUT NOT
 18 FEET IN LENGTH (NO DIMENSIONS PROVIDED). IF THEY DO
 NOT HAVE THIS MINIMUM DIMENSION, THEY MAY NOT BE
 COUNTED AS REQUIRED PARKING. THE OVERALL SITE PARKING
 DATA TABLE SHALL BE UPDATED TO REFLECT THE USE OF
 COMPACT PARKING SPACES AND THE REDUCED SPACES IN THE
 GARAGE. THE PARKING DATA TABLES ON SHEETS A1.2.1B,
 A1.2.1C, A1.2.1D, A1.3.1B, A1.3.1C, A1.3.1D, A1.5.1B,
 A1.5.1C, A1.5.1D, A1.6.1B, A1.6.1C, AND A1.6.1D DO NOT
 REFLECT THE PARKING COUNTS BASED ON THE NEW ELEVATOR.
  
 5) SHEETS A1.6.1, A1.7.1, AND A3.0 SHOW POLE MOUNTED
 LIGHTS ON THE ROOF FOR THE FIRST TIME. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 THE LIGHTS MAY ONLY EXCEED THE BUILDING HEIGHT BY 10
 PERCENT FOR A TOTAL LIGHT POLE, PLUS FIXTURE, HEIGHT OF
 85.8 FEET. SHEET A3.0 SHOWS THE LIGHT POLE EXCEEDING
 THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT.
