 BELOW PLEASE FIND A LIST OF ADDITIONAL CORRECTIONS TO
 THE PLANS.
  
 1. SECTION 107.2.1 OF THE WPB CITY AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FBC-B REQUIRES THAT THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS BE DRAWN
 TO A MINIMUM OF 1/8" SCALE. PLEASE INDICATE THE SCALE
 TO WHICH THESE DRAWING WERE CREATED.
 2. THE WORD ROMEX AS USED IN THIS NOTE IS TO IDENTIFY A
 TYPE OF CABLE. ROMEX IS A BRAND NAME AND NOT A TYPE OF
 CABLE, REFER TO CABLE TYPES NM, NMC OR NMS.
 3. YOU WERE ASKED ONCE BEFORE TO INCLUDE/DESCRIBE YOUR
 SCOPE OF WORK ON THE PLANS. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT OF
 THE CODE AS WELL AS A TOOL FOR THE FIELD INSPECTOR TO
 SEE WHAT HAS BEEN APPROVED.
 4. FBC-RE3406.5: ILLUMINATION SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL
 WORKING SPACES ABOUT SERVICE EQUIPMENT, SWITCHBOARDS,
 AND PANELBOARDS. THIS LIGHT SHALL NOT BE CONTROLLED BY
 AUTOMATIC MEANS ONLY. THE REMOTE CONTROL LIGHT OF THE
 GARAGE DOOR OPENER DOES NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS.
 5. FBC-RE3901.4.2: A GFI OUTLET IS MISSING ON THE
 KITCHEN COUNTER ADJACENT TO REFRIGERATOR.
 6. FBC-RE3901.10: WITHOUT KNOWING THE SCALE OF THE
 DRAWINGS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PROPERLY ASCERTAIN
 RECEPTACLE PLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS, BUT IF THE CORRIDOR
 TO THE BEDROOMS IS 10' OR GREATER, AN OUTLET IS
 REQUIRED IN THE HALLWAY.
 7. FBC-RE3903.3: A LIGHTING OUTLET SHALL BE INSTALLED
 ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE LAUNDRY ROOM AND THE GARAGE
 DOOR.
 8. FBC-R315: YOU SHALL INSTALL CARBON MONOXIDE
 DETECTION WITHIN 10 FT. OF THE BEDROOM DOORS. THIS
 APPLIES TO THE DEVICE IN THE HALLWAY, IT SHALL BE A
 COMBINATION UNIT CAPABLE OF DETECTING BOTH, HIGH LEVELS
 OF SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXIDE.
 9. IN THE INTEREST OF LIFE SAFETY, OWNER CONVENIENCE
 AND ENERGY CONSERVATION, PLEASE LET ME SUGGEST THAT YOU
 INSTALL ADDITIONAL LIGHTING CONTROLS FOR THE DINING
 ROOM AND THE EXISTING ENTRY PORCH LEADING INTO THE
 GARAGE ENTRANCE. SEE MARK ON PLANS OR CALL ME FOR
 FURTHER DETAILS.
 10. FBC-ER404.1 A MINIMUM OF 75% OF THE LAMPS IN
 PERMANENTLY INSTALLED LIGHTING FIXTURES SHALL BE
 HIGH-EFFICACY LAMPS OR A MINIMUM OF 75% OF THE
 PERMANENTLY INSTALLED LIGHTING FIXTURES SHALL CONTAIN
 ONLY HIGH EFFICIENCY LAMPS
 11. YOU SHALL SHOW THE LOCATION OF ALL HVAC EQUIPMENT
 AND ALL ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT ON THE PLANS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, FOR A QUICKER RETURN ON YOUR
 RE-SUBMITTAL, PLEASE PROVIDE A RESPONSE LETTER
 (NARRATIVE) ADDRESSING EACH ITEM AND THE PAGE NUMBER
 WHERE THE CORRECTIONS APPEAR ALONG WITH THE STANDARD
 CITY RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO THE SUBMITTAL PACKAGE. MARK VOID
 AND LEAVE THE PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS FOR
 COMPARATIVE REVIEW. CLOUDING THE CHANGES WILL BE
 GREATLY APPRECIATED.
