 PLANNING DIVISION (REFERENCE: FSPR 15-05). PLEASE NOTE
 THAT ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE ANY PERMITS RELATED TO
 THIS PROJECT UNTIL SITE PLAN APPROVAL IS GRANTED.
  
 OTHER NOTES
 1. SETBACK ALONG DIXIE HIGHWAY SHALL BE 16 FEET FROM
 THE BACK OF THE CURB.
 2. DUMPSTER SHALL BE FULLY ENCLOSED WITH A FENCE AND
 LANDSCAPING.
 3. TRANSPARENCY ALONG PALM BEACH LAKES BOULEVARD AND
 DIXIE HIGHWAY SHALL BE 50% OF THE FACADE, INCLUDE
 DETAILS AND CALCULATIONS.
 4. SIGNS ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS PERMIT; A SEPARATE
 PERMIT SHALL BE REQUIRED.
 5. PERMEABLE PAVES SHALL BE INSTALLED THROUGHOUT THE
 PARKING AREA INCLUDING CIRCULATION LANES.
