 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE NOTE THIS PERMIT DESCRIPTION FOR THE SCOPE OF
 WORK IS FOR A NEW BURGER KING RESTAURANT. TO DATE THERE
 HAS BEEN NO PERMIT APPLIED FOR, TO DEMOLISH THE CURRENT
 STRUCTURE. WE WILL NEED A DEMO PERMIT APPLIED FOR
 BEFORE THE ISSUANCE OF THIS PERMIT. THE OTHER ISSUE IS
 IN ORDER NOT TO HAVE TO PAT IMPACT FEES ON THE NEW
 BUILDING OR ONLY A PORTION OF THE BUILDING. A
 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE
 EXISTING BUILDING WOULD BE REQUIRED TO GET THE CREDIT
 FROM THE PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPACT FEE OFFICE. FOR

 2) SHEET S-0 FOUNDATION NOTE 1 & 2 BOTH INDICATE
 LETTERS REQUIRED BY THE CITY OF MIAMI-DADE. PLEASE
 DELETE THESE NOTES SINCE THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY
 SIGNIFICANCE ON THE PROJECT. THIS PROJECT IS NOT
 LOCATED IN THE HIGH VELOCITY HURRICANE ZONE. 107.2.1.3
 DISCREPANCY IN THE PLANS.
  
 3) SHEET S-0 FOUNDATION NOTE E INDICATES THE FOUNDATION
 MAY BE LOWERED 6 INCHES LOWER INTO THE LIMESTONE BASED
 ON THE BEST AVAILABLE SOIL BEARING LOADS. THIS AGAIN
 SOUNDS LIKE THE TYPE OF SOILS FOUND IN THE MIAMI-DADE
 AREA WHERE THE LIMESTONE BEDROCK IS JUST BELOW GRADE.
 THERE IS GOING TO BE A BUILDING DEMOLISHED FROM THIS
 SITE WILL THERE BE SOILS BORING TO BE TAKEN OR IS THERE
 GOING TO BE A MINIMUM DENSITY REQUIRED FOR A MINIMUM
 BEARING VALUE REQUIRED FOR THE STEM WALL FOUNDATION?
 NOTE I SPEAKS ABOUT THE DENSITY REQUIRED FOR THE SLAB
 ON GRADE. FBC-B 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE SOIL.

 FOUNDATIONS ARE PERMITTED TO BE CAST AGAINST THE EARTH
 WHERE IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, SOIL
 CONDITIONS DO NOT REQUIRE FORMWORK. PLEASE NOTE THE
 SOILS IN THIS AREA DOES REQUIRE THE FOUNDATION TO BE

 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE

 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 10) ROOFING: FOR ALL ROOFING PRODUCTS PLEASE IDENTIFY
 ALL ROOFING SUB-SYSTEMS AND THEIR ASSOCIATED PRESSURES
 FOR ROOF ZONE # 1. REVIEW THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 LIMITATIONS, IF ENHANCED FASTENING IS ALLOWED FOR ROOF
 ZONES 2 & 3. FASTENER DENSITIES SHALL BE INCREASED FOR
 BOTH INSULATION & THE BASE SHEET AS CALCULATED IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH ROOFING APPLICATION STANDARDS RAS 117.
 CALCULATION PREPARED, SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA
 REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER OR REGISTERED
 ARCHITECT.
  
 11) SHEET A-3 AND M2 SHOW SOME GENERIC RTU CURB
 DETAILS. PLEASE PROVIDE CURB DETAILS FOR THE RTU UNITS,
 EXHAUST FAN AND CURBS , CONNECTIONS OF THE CURB TO THE
 ROOF FRAMING(MWFRS) AND FROM THE CURB TO THE UNIT. FOR
 ALL ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT, CURBS OR A/C STANDS, DETAILED
 ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF FRAMING & DECK AS WELL AS FROM
 THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE EQUIPMENT ABOVE.
 2014 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS?
  
 12) SHEET A-1.2 THE SEATING LAYOUT PLAN, PLEASE SHOW
 COMPLIANCE ACCESSIBILITY CODE 226.1 WHERE DINING
 SURFACES ARE PROVIDED FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR
 DRINK, AT LEAST 5 PERCENT OF THE SEATING SPACES AND
 STANDING SPACES AT THE DINING SURFACES SHALL COMPLY
 WITH 902. CHART SHOW 72 SEATS X 0,05= 4 PLEASE PROVIDE
 WHERE THE 4 ACCESSIBLE SEATS ARE LOCATED.

 SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES (710 MM)
 MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES (865 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 12C) ACCESS. CODE 226.2 DISPERSION. DINING SURFACES AND
 WORK SURFACES REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH 902 SHALL BE
 DISPERSED THROUGHOUT THE SPACE OR FACILITY CONTAINING
 DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES. SHEET A-1.2 SHOWS
 WHAT APPEARS TO BE ELECTRIC PLUGS AT TABLES AND CHAIRS
 PLEASE SHOW A PORTION OF THESE AT ACCESSIBLE LOCATIONS
