 THIS CATEGORY INCLUDES FLAT OPEN COUNTRY, AND
 GRASSLANDS. THIS SURFACE ROUGHNESS SHALL ALSO APPLY TO
 ANY BUILDING LOCATED WITHIN SURFACE ROUGHNESS B TYPE
 TERRAIN WHERE THE BUILDING IS WITHIN 100 FEET
 HORIZONTALLY IN ANY DIRECTION OF OPEN AREAS OF SURFACE
 ROUGHNESS C OR D-TYPE TERRAIN THAT EXTENDS MORE THAN
 600 FEET IN THE UPWIND DIRECTION AND A WIDTH GREATER
 THAN 150 FEET.
 1ST ROUND COMMENT. THE NEW TENANT SPACE TO THE RIGHT
 SHOWS NEW DOUBLE EGRESS DOOR ON THE FRONT OF THE
 BUILDING. PLEASE PROVIDE THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA FOR
 THIS OPENING.

 INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL BE SHOWN,
 REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE DESIGN OF
