 1) REFER TO SECTION 306.5 AND PROVIDE AN INTERIOR OR
 EXTERIOR ACCESS TO THE RTU'S THAT DOES NOT INVOLVE THE
 USE OF PORTABLE LADDERS. THE NOTES ON SHEET A.3
 INDICATE NON-COMPLIANCE: A) THERE IS NO WAY TO ACCESS
 THE ATTIC HATCH IN B-1 WITHOUT A PORTABLE LADDER. B)
 THE MEANS OF ACCESS VIA THE ADJOINING TENANT OCCUPANCY
 IS RESTRICTIVE BECAUSE THE BUSINESS MAY NOT BE OPEN
 WHEN ACCESS IS NEEDED.
  
 2) THE NEW CONDITIONED WAREHOUSE IS LABELED "EXHIBIT
 HALL" ON SHEET M1.1, BUT ON ALL THE ARCHITECTURAL
 SHEETS EXCEPT A1, IT IS LABELED "BANQUET HALL". AS
 PREVIOUSLY NOTED IN THE PREVIOUS REVIEW, THE
 VENTILATION RATE MUST BE INCREASED IF DINING HALL IS TO
 BE THE USE OF THE SPACE.
