 HAS NOT SIGNED NOR SEALED THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS.
 PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS
 PREPARED BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AND BEING FILED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD SHALL HAVE THE SIGNATURE AND SEAL OF THE

 INDICATE UNDER WHICH CODES AND EDITIONS THE PLANS WERE
 CREATED. PLEASE NOTE ON JULY 01/2016 THE 2016
 SUPPLEMENTS TO THE 5TH EDITION (2014) OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE FAMILY OF CODES.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE UNDER THE 2014/ 2016 FBC- EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE WHICH COMPLIANCE METHODS WERE USED IN
 DEVELOPING THESE DRAWINGS. 2014 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING
 CODE SECTION 301 COMPLIANCE METHODS. 301.1. THE REPAIR,
 ALTERATION, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, ADDITION OR RELOCATION
 OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH ONE OF THE
 METHODS LISTED IN SECTIONS 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3 AS
 SELECTED BY THE APPLICANT. APPLICATION OF A METHOD
 SHALL BE THE SOLE BASIS FOR ASSESSING THE COMPLIANCE OF
 WORK PERFORMED UNDER A SINGLE PERMIT.
  
 5) SHEET S1 DETAIL 3 & 4 BOTH SHOW THE USE OF A ROOF
 TOP PRESSURE TREATED 4 X 4. PLEASE NOTE PITCH PANS HAVE
 NOT BEEN USED IN THE CODE FOR SOME TIME NOW. PLEASE
 REVIEW UNDER THE 2014 FBC-B 1509.6.5 AND TABLE
 1509.6.5. 1509.6.5 MECHANICAL UNITS. ROOF MOUNTED
 MECHANICAL UNITS SHALL BE MOUNTED ABOVE THE ROOF
 SURFACE, OR WHERE ROOFING MATERIALS EXTEND BENEATH THE
 UNIT, ON RAISED EQUIPMENT SUPPORTS PROVIDING A MINIMUM
 CLEARANCE HEIGHT IN ACCORDANCE WITH TABLE 1509.6.5.
  
 6) SHEET S1 DETAIL # 3 INDICATES THE 33 INCH DUST
 COLLECTOR DUCT TO BE SUPPORTED BY 2 X2 X ? INCH L
 ANGLE. PLEASE NOTE THE PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE HOW THE
 ANGLE IS TO BE ANCHORED TO THE DUST COLLECTOR DUCT.
 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 7) THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS ARE SILENT ABOUT THE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR FIRE SPRINKLERS IN THE RELOCATED DUST
 COLLECTOR DUCT. 2014 FBC-B 903.2.4.1 WOODWORKING
 OPERATIONS. AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE
 PROVIDED THROUGHOUT ALL GROUP F-1 OCCUPANCY FIRE AREAS
 THAT CONTAIN WOODWORKING OPERATIONS IN EXCESS OF 2,500
 SQUARE FEET (232 M2) IN AREA WHICH GENERATE FINELY
 DIVIDED COMBUSTIBLE WASTE OR USE FINELY DIVIDED
 COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS.
  
 8) PLEASE NOTE UNDER THE 2014 FBC-B TABLE 307.1(1)
 COMBUSTIBLE DUST WHEN THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE QUANTITIES
 ARE EXCEEDED THEN CLASSIFIED AS A H-2 OCCUPANCY. PLEASE
 SHOW HOW COMPLIANCE WILL BE ACHIEVED.
  
 9) THERE IS NO INFORMATION AS TO THE SILOS FRAME EXCEPT
 FOR THE SIZE OF THE LEG W6 X 25 (VERIFY) HOW WILL THE
 SILO BE ATTACHED TO THE FRAME WORK. 2014 FBC-B 1604.4
 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL MEMBERS AND THEIR
 CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY METHODS OF
 STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT EQUILIBRIUM,
 GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY AND BOTH
 SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES. EVERY
 STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE OVERTURNING
 EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES SPECIFIED IN THIS
 CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND LOADS?
  
 10) PLEASE INDICATE WHAT PART OF THE DUST COLLECTION
 SYSTEM IS EXISTING AND WHAT PART IS NEW. 2014 EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 11) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
