 IS NOT CLEAR FROM THIS DETAIL IF THIS IS AN EXISTING
 DOOR OPENING. NONE OF THE DETAILS GIVEN SHOW THE WALL
 LINE OF THE EXISTING CONSTRUCTION, THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS
 THE NEW COOLER DOOR SWINGING TO THE INTERIOR OF THE
 EXISTING BUILDING BUT THERE IS NO CORRELATION AS WHERE
 THE EXISTING BUILDING WALL IS IN RELATIONSHIP TO THE
 COOLER DOOR. TO HAVE THE COOLER DOOR SWING INTO THE
 INTERIOR SPACE THAT OPENING HAS TO BE LARGER THAN A
 3?-0? DOOR OPENING, TO HAVE CLEARANCE FOR THE HINGES
 AND THE LOCKING MECHANISM ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE
 DOOR. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR THE NEW FRAMED IN
 OPENING WITH OPENING SIZE, SHOW HOW MANY FULL LENGTH

 TERMITES. CONDENSATE LINES AND ROOF DOWNSPOUTS SHALL
 DISCHARGE AT LEAST 1 FOOT (305 MM) AWAY FROM THE
 STRUCTURE SIDEWALL, WHETHER BY UNDERGROUND PIPING, TAIL
 EXTENSIONS, OR SPLASH BLOCKS. GUTTERS WITH DOWNSPOUTS
 ARE REQUIRED ON ALL BUILDINGS WITH EAVES OF LESS THAN 6

 BE INSTALLED IN SUCH A MANNER SO AS TO PREVENT MOISTURE
 ENTERING THE WALL AND ROOF THROUGH JOINTS IN COPINGS,
 THROUGH MOISTURE-PERMEABLE MATERIALS AND AT
 INTERSECTIONS WITH PARAPET WALLS AND OTHER PENETRATIONS
 THROUGH THE ROOF PLANE.
  
 21) SHEET SP-1 DETAIL SECTION 1-1 IS ALSO MISSING THE
 ROOF JOIST CONNECTION TO THE EXISTING WALL IN IN SHEAR
 LOADS NOR THE END OF THE ROOF JOIST IN SHEAR LOAD
 VERTICAL LOADING (TENSION) AS WELL AS SHEAR LOADING
 (LATERAL LOADS) NO FASTENER INFORMATION SUPPLIED NOR IF

 DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH EITHER AISI S211 OR AISI
 S100.
  
 2211.5 FLOOR AND ROOF SYSTEM DESIGN. FRAMING FOR FLOOR
 AND ROOF SYSTEMS IN BUILDINGS SHALL BE DESIGNED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH EITHER AISI S210 OR AISI S100.
  
 2211.6 LATERAL DESIGN. LIGHT-FRAME SHEAR WALLS,
 DIAGONAL STRAP BRACING THAT IS PART OF A STRUCTURAL
 WALL AND DIAPHRAGMS USED TO RESIST WIND, SEISMIC AND
 OTHER IN-PLANE LATERAL LOADS SHALL BE DESIGNED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH AISI S213.

 FOR ALL ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT, CURBS OR A/C STANDS,
 DETAILED ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF FRAMING & DECK AS WELL
 AS FROM THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE EQUIPMENT ABOVE.
 2014 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS?
 1503.2 FLASHING. FLASHING SHALL BE INSTALLED IN SUCH A
 MANNER SO AS TO PREVENT MOISTURE ENTERING THE WALL AND
