 1. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SETBACK FROM THE PROPOSED
 FREE-STANDING SIGN TO THE ADJACENT PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2. THERE IS A 12 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT THAT RUNS ALONG
 THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE. THE SIGN SHALL BE LOCATED
 OUTSIDE OF THIS EASEMENT, OR EASEMENT CONSENT SHALL BE
 OBTAINED FROM ALL PUBLIC/PRIVATE UTILITY COMPANIES.
 REFER TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 20 OF
 THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR EASEMENT
 LOCATION.
  
 3. YOU'RE ALLOWED 444 TOTAL SQUARE FEET OF FREESTANDING
 SIGNAGE ON 45TH STREET. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE
 INFORMATION REGARDING THE EXISTING MONUMENT SIGN AND
 SUBTRACT THAT SQUARE FOOTAGE FROM THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED
 (444 - X = Y). PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH SIDE OF THE
 MONUMENT SIGN COUNTS TOWARD THE ALLOWANCE. FOR EXAMPLE,
 IF THE SIGN IS 10X10, THAT WOULD BE 200 SQUARE FEET OF
 SIGNAGE. THE BASE OF THE SIGN, ETC. DOES NOT
 COUNT...JUST THE SIGNAGE AREA.
