 SAME AS EXISTING. IT APPEARS THAT "EXISTING" MAY HAVE
 BEEN DONE WITHOUT A PERMIT. I WAS UNABLE TO FIND A
 RECENT RESTRIPE PERMIT FOR THIS PROPERTY. THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION IN 2013 WAS DENIED WITH THE SAME COMMENTS
 AS THIS REVIEW.
  
 SEE REFERENCED DOCUMENT. A RESTRIPE IS CONSIDERED "NEW
 CONSTRUCTION" BY ADA. A NON COMPLIANT INSTALLATION IS
 NOT PERMITTED TO BE REINSTALLED AS "EXISTING". AN
 INSTALLATION DONE WITHOUT A PERMIT IS NOT CONSIDERED
 "EXISTING." PLEASE REVISE PLAN TO PROVIDE REQUESTED
 INFORMATION.
  
 2. FBC 2014 ACCESSIBILITY ADVISORY 502.3, WHERE THE
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE MUST CROSS VEHICULAR TRAFFIC LANES,
 MARKED CROSSINGS ENHANCE PEDESTRIAN SAFETY; PLEASE
 INDICATE LOCATION ON PLAN.
  
 3. THE INDIVIDUAL TAKING RESPONSIBILITY SHALL PROVIDE
 THEIR PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE ON THE PLAN, FBC 107.
