 TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.

 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,

 3-4. NOTE WINDOW # 7 IS 4-0X4-3 (DOUBLE CASEMENT WITH
 MULLION). PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT THE WINDOW WILL
 HAVE 20 INCHES IN CLEAR WIDTH WITH 5.7 SQUARE FEET OF
 VENT.
  
 10A) SHEET A-201 & A-202 PLEASE PROVIDE THE CLEAR
 OPENING SIZE FOR THE WINDOWS (VENT) FOR COMPLIANCE
 WITH: FBC-B 1029.2 MINIMUM SIZE. EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND
 RESCUE OPENINGS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING
 OF 5.7 SQUARE FEET.
  
 10B) FBC-B 1029.2.1 MINIMUM DIMENSIONS. THE MINIMUM NET
 CLEAR OPENING HEIGHT DIMENSION SHALL BE 24 INCHES (610
 MM). THE MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING WIDTH DIMENSION
 SHALL BE 20 INCHES (508 MM). THE NET CLEAR OPENING
 DIMENSIONS SHALL BE THE RESULT OF NORMAL OPERATION OF
 THE OPENING.
  
 10C) FBC-B 1029.3 MAXIMUM HEIGHT FROM FLOOR. EMERGENCY
 ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENINGS SHALL HAVE THE BOTTOM OF THE
 CLEAR OPENING NOT GREATER THAN 44 INCHES (1118 MM)
 MEASURED FROM THE FLOOR.
  
 11) COMPLIED. SAFETY GLASS BATHROOM.
  
  
 12) ROOF PRESSURES ARE VERY LOW, THEY ARE TO BE TAKEN
 FOR 10 SQ. FT. FOR ROOF FASTENERS.
  
 13) NEW COMMENT. SHEET A-101 IS MISSING THE RESTROOM IN
 THE GROCERY STORE/ CONVENIENCE STORE. PLEASE REVIEW
 SECTION 1210.1 OF THE 2014 FBC-B AND 2902.1..
  
 14) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL (561)233-5025 FOR MORE
 INFORMATION.
  
 15) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
