2017-05-17 15:40:591) THE SITE DIFFERS FROM THE PLANS APPROVED AS PART OF
 RESOLUTION NO. 260-16. PRIOR TO THE C.O. FOR THE
 BUILDING, THE BUILDING PERMIT APPROVED AS-BUILT PLANS
 MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION AS PART OF A
 MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE SITE PLAN.
  
 2) THE HARDSCAPE WORK WITHIN THE OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD
 RIGHT-OF-WAY REQUIRES A FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
 TRANSPORTATION RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT. A COPY OF THE FDOT
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUPPLIED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION. THE
 WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS
 APPROVED AS PART OF THE LEVEL III SITE PLAN REVIEW AND
 THE FDOT PERMIT AND THE FDOT APPROVAL SIGN-OFF OF THE
 WORK SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION PRIOR
 TO THE C.O. FOR THE RESTORATION HARDWARE GALLERY.
 PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS INCLUDES THE PEDESTRIAN
 CROSSING ENHANCEMENT AT THE WEST END OF THE SITE
 (LARGER MEDIAN) AND THE CROSSING TO THE OFFICE TOWER.
