 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE ENERGY FORM 402 DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FLOOR AREA
 OF THE LAUNDRY ROOM. THE MECHANICAL PLAN ON SHEET A3.0
 SHOWS AN A/C DUCT SUPPLYING THE LAUNDRY ROOM. THIS
 MAKES IT CONDITIONED SPACE WHICH IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY
 WITH THE ENERGY CODE. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC
 ENERGY CONSERVATION SECTIONS 101.5.1 & 103.1 BY
 SUBMITTING THE PROPER CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. SEE
 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING FORMS 402 OR 405.
  
 2) THE NEW DUCT WORK THAT IS LOCATED IN THE ATTIC IS
 REQUIRED TO INSULATED TO A MINIMUM OF R-8 WHEN USING
 THE PRESCRIPTIVE METHOD OF COMPLIANCE. FBC ENERGY
 R403.2.1
  
 3) ONLY ONE SET OF PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE SUBMITTED.
 SUBMIT AN ADDITIONAL SET FOR EACH ITEM. FBC 107.3.4 -
 PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3 THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT
 ROOFING MATERIALS, WINDOW/GLASS TYPES, AND EXTERIOR
 DOOR TYPES.
  
 4) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FL735-R9 (NOA NO.12-0716.18)
 THAT WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE TAMKO MODIFIED BITUMEN ROOF
 SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE ENHANCED FASTENING AT THE PERIMETER
 AND CORNER ROOF AREAS. LIMITATION NUMBER 6 ON PAGE 15
 REQUIRES SIGNED AND SEALED ENHANCED FASTENING
 CALCULATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH RAS 117 FROM A FLORIDA
 REGISTERED ENGINEER, ARCHITECT OR REGISTERED ROOF
 CONSULTANT.
  
 IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT A
 RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
 COMMENTS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
