 DRAWINGS.
 2. MAXIMUM SETBACK ALONG QUADRILLE BOULEVARD DOES NOT
 MATCH THE VARIANCE APPROVED BY DAC (76 FEET MAXIMUM).
 3. DAC APPROVAL INCLUDES ONLY A TWO TRAVEL LANES
 ENTRANCE/EXIT ON QUADRILLE. THE PROJECT INDICATES ONE
 ENTRANCE LANE AND TWO EXIT LANES ONTO QUADRILLE
 BOULEVARD. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM A LEFT
 TURN MOVEMENT FROM PARKING GARAGE IS SAFE AND APPROVED
 BY FDOT. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM
 COMPLIANCE WITH MAXIMUM 25 FEET CURB CUT WIDTH.
 4. THE FPL VAULT ON QUADRILLE DOES NOT COUNT AS ACTIVE
 USE. PLEASE CALCULATE THE ACTIVE USE REQUIREMENT TO
 CONFIRM COMPLIANCE. PROPOSED USE IS DIFFERENT THAT DAC
 APPROVAL.
 5. SITE PLAN HAS THE ACTIVE USES AT THE PODIUM LEVEL,
 PARKIGN IS NOW PROPOSED AT THAT LEVEL.
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE COLORED ELEVATIONS TO DETERMINE
 COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED SITE PLAN.
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE 1ST FLOOR CIVIL DRAWINGS TO REVIEW
 GRADE ELEVATIONS AND BUILDING IMPACT ON STREETSCAPE.
 8. PLEASE PROVIDE FAR DIAGRAM SHEET WITH SQUARE FOOTAGE
 FOR EACH OF THE USES (COUNTED AND NOT COUNTED), TOTALS
 FOR EACH FLOOR AND A SUMMARY TABLE WITH TOTAL FOR THE
 PROJECT.
 9. HOW IS THE PROPOSED REMOVAL OF THE UNDERGROUND
 PARKING AFFECTING THE STREETSCAPE? ARE THE STEPS ON THE
 DIXIE HWAY FRONTAGE REMOVED FOR BETTER INTERACTION WITH
 THE PPUBLIC SIDEWALK?
