 CONSTRUCTION OF FOUNDATIONS OR ANY OTHER PART OF A
 BUILDING OR STRUCTURE BEFORE THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR THE WHOLE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE HAVE BEEN
 SUBMITTED, PROVIDED THAT ADEQUATE INFORMATION AND
 DETAILED STATEMENTS HAVE BEEN FILED COMPLYING WITH
 PERTINENT REQUIREMENTS OF THIS CODE. THE HOLDER OF SUCH
 PERMIT FOR THE FOUNDATION OR OTHER PARTS OF A BUILDING

 5I) 109.3.6 THRESHOLD BUILDINGS, OPERATING GUIDELINES
 FOR THRESHOLD INSPECTORS #26. ASSURE THAT THE DESIGNER
 HAS REQUIRED ON THE PLANS OR SPECIFICATIONS ONE
 MATERIAL, APPROVED FOR FIRE STOPPING PENETRATIONS, FOR
 WALLS AND CEILINGS.
  
 6) PLEASE SHOW HOW SLOPE LIMITS WILL BE ACHIEVED. 2014
 FBC-B 3304.1.1 SLOPE LIMITS. SLOPES FOR PERMANENT FILL
 SHALL NOT BE STEEPER THAN ONE UNIT VERTICAL IN TWO
 UNITS HORIZONTAL (50-PERCENT SLOPE). CUT SLOPES FOR
 PERMANENT EXCAVATIONS SHALL NOT BE STEEPER THAN ONE
 UNIT VERTICAL IN TWO UNITS HORIZONTAL (50-PERCENT
 SLOPE). DEVIATION FROM THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS FOR
 CUT SLOPES SHALL BE PERMITTED ONLY UPON THE
 PRESENTATION OF A SOIL INVESTIGATION REPORT ACCEPTABLE
 TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 7) WHEN EXCAVATING WILL THE EXCESS SOILS BE STORED ON
 SITE? 2014 FBC-B 3304.1.2 SURCHARGE. NO FILL OR OTHER
 SURCHARGE LOADS SHALL BE PLACED ADJACENT TO ANY
 BUILDING OR STRUCTURE UNLESS SUCH BUILDING OR STRUCTURE
 IS CAPABLE OF WITHSTANDING THE ADDITIONAL LOADS CAUSED
 BY THE FILL OR SURCHARGE. EXISTING FOOTINGS OR
 FOUNDATIONS WHICH CAN BE AFFECTED BY ANY EXCAVATION
 SHALL BE UNDERPINNED ADEQUATELY OR OTHERWISE PROTECTED
 AGAINST SETTLEMENT AND SHALL BE PROTECTED AGAINST LATER

 AND EROSION DURING CONSTRUCTION OR DEMOLITION
 ACTIVITIES. THE PERSON MAKING OR CAUSING AN EXCAVATION
 TO BE MADE SHALL PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE OWNERS
 OF ADJOINING BUILDINGS ADVISING THEM THAT THE
 EXCAVATION IS TO BE MADE AND THAT THE ADJOINING
 BUILDINGS SHOULD BE PROTECTED. SAID NOTIFICATION SHALL
 BE DELIVERED NOT LESS THAN 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE

 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 109.3.10 IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION. ALL
 CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY REGULATED BY THIS CODE SHALL BE
 PERFORMED IN A MANNER SO AS NOT TO ADVERSELY IMPACT THE
 CONDITION OF ADJACENT PROPERTY, UNLESS SUCH ACTIVITY IS
 PERMITTED TO AFFECT SAID PROPERTY PURSUANT TO CONSENT
 BY THE APPLICABLE PROPERTY OWNER, UNDER TERMS &
 CONDITIONS AGREEABLE TO THE APPLICABLE PROPERTY OWNER.
 THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE CONTROL OF
 DUST, NOISE, WATER OR DRAINAGE RUN-OFF, DEBRIS, AND THE

 10) 2014 FBC-B 3306.9 ADJACENT TO EXCAVATIONS. EVERY
 EXCAVATION ON A SITE LOCATED 5 FEET (1524 MM) OR LESS
 FROM THE STREET LOT LINE SHALL BE ENCLOSED WITH A
 BARRIER NOT LESS THAN 6 FEET (1829 MM) HIGH. WHERE
 LOCATED MORE THAN 5 FEET (1524 MM) FROM THE STREET LOT
 LINE, A BARRIER SHALL BE ERECTED WHEN REQUIRED BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. BARRIERS SHALL BE OF ADEQUATE
 STRENGTH TO RESIST WIND PRESSURE AS SPECIFIED IN
 CHAPTER 16.
  
 11) PERIMETER FENCING UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. PLEASE
 PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH: 2014 FBC-B 3306.5 BARRIERS.
 BARRIERS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 8 FEET (2438 MM) IN
 HEIGHT AND SHALL BE PLACED ON THE SIDE OF THE WALKWAY
 NEAREST THE CONSTRUCTION. BARRIERS SHALL EXTEND THE
 ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE CONSTRUCTION SITE.
  
 12) 2014 FBC-B [F] 3309.1 WHERE REQUIRED. ALL
 STRUCTURES UNDER CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH
 NOT LESS THAN ONE APPROVED PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 906 AND SIZED FOR NOT LESS
 THAN ORDINARY HAZARD AS FOLLOWS:
 1. AT EACH STAIRWAY ON ALL FLOOR LEVELS WHERE
 COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS HAVE ACCUMULATED.
 2. IN EVERY STORAGE AND CONSTRUCTION SHED.
 3. ADDITIONAL PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WHERE SPECIAL HAZARDS EXIST, SUCH AS THE
 STORAGE AND USE OF FLAMMABLE AND COMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS.
 9F) 2014 FBC-B 3309.2 FIRE HAZARDS.
 THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND THE FLORIDA FIRE
 PREVENTION CODE SHALL BE STRICTLY OBSERVED TO SAFEGUARD
 AGAINST ALL FIRE HAZARDS ATTENDANT UPON CONSTRUCTION
 OPERATIONS.
  
 13) 2014 FBC-B [F] 3311.1 WHERE REQUIRED. IN BUILDINGS
 REQUIRED TO HAVE STANDPIPES BY SECTION 905.3.1, NOT
 LESS THAN ONE STANDPIPE SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR USE
 DURING CONSTRUCTION. SUCH STANDPIPES SHALL BE INSTALLED
 WHEN THE PROGRESS OF CONSTRUCTION IS NOT MORE THAN 40
 FEET (12 192 MM) IN HEIGHT ABOVE THE LOWEST LEVEL OF
 FIRE DEPARTMENT VEHICLE ACCESS. SUCH STANDPIPE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH FIRE DEPARTMENT HOSE CONNECTIONS AT
 ACCESSIBLE LOCATIONS ADJACENT TO USABLE STAIRS. SUCH
 STANDPIPES SHALL BE EXTENDED AS CONSTRUCTION PROGRESSES
 TO WITHIN ONE FLOOR OF THE HIGHEST POINT OF
 CONSTRUCTION HAVING SECURED DECKING OR FLOORING.
  
 14) 2014 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W 2014 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 109.3.10.1 HURRICANE PROTECTION. IT
 SHALL BE UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION
 RELATED MATERIALS EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS TO REMAIN LOOSE
 OR OTHERWISE UNSECURED AT A CONSTRUCTION SITE FROM 24
 HRS. AFTER A HURRICANE WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED UNTIL THE
 HURRICANE WATCH OR WARNING HAS BEEN LIFTED. ALL SUCH
 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS SHALL BE
 EITHER REMOVED FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE OR SECURED IN
 SUCH A MANNER AS TO MINIMIZE THE DANGER OF SUCH
 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS CAUSING
 DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY FROM HIGH WINDS. ANY
 PERSONS WHO FAILS TO COMPLY TO COMPLY TO REMOVE OR
 SECURE THE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS
 WITHIN 24 HRS. AFTER A HURRICANE WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED
 SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT TO EXCEED $500.00. IN
 ADDITION TO THE ABOVE, A LICENSED CONTRACTOR WHO
 VIOLATES THIS SECTION SHALL BE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINE
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 113 OF THIS CHAPTER.
  
 15) ALL CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS (MOBILE OR MODULAR
 BUILDINGS) THAT ARE GOING TO HAVE MEETING IN THEM WILL
 BE REQUIRED TO GET A PERMIT, 102.2( E ) MOBILE OR
 MODULAR STRUCTURES USED AS TEMPORARY OFFICES, EXCEPT
 THAT THE PROVISIONS OF PART V (SECTION 553.501-553.513,
 FLORIDA STATUTES) RELATING TO ACCESSIBILITY BY PERSONS
 WITH DISABILITIES, AND PERMITS SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR
 STRUCTURAL SUPPORT AND TIE DOWN, ELECTRICAL SUPPLY, AND
 ALL UTILITY CONNECTIONS TO SUCH MOBILE OR MODULAR
 STRUCTURES.
  
 16) DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS,
 CLOSENESS TO BUILDINGS AND OR OTHER CONSTRUCTION
 TRAILERS THE FIRE DEPARTMENT THROUGH THE FIRE
 PREVENTION CODE MAY REQUIRE FIRE SPRINKLERS.
  
 17) TO DATE THERE HAS BEEN NO PERMIT APPLIED FOR, FOR
 TEST PILING INCOMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014 FBC-B
 1810.3.3.1.2 LOAD TEST.
  
 18) TO DATE WE HAVE NO COMPANY SIGNED ON TO OVERSEE THE

 THE LOWEST FLOOR LEVEL WHERE SUCH FLOOR IS LOCATED
 BELOW THE FINISHED GROUND LEVEL ADJACENT TO THE
 FOUNDATION.

 RE-ENFORCEMENT FOR ELECTRICAL. IS THERE ALSO GOING TO
 BE ANY LIGHTNING BONDING GOING TO BE REQUIRED? PERMIT
 WILL NEED TO BE PULLED FOR THE SCHEDULING OF THESE
 INSPECTIONS, NO DETAILS.
