 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 RESTROOM IS COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-ACCESS. CODE
 213.3.1.
 TOILET COMPARTMENTS. WHERE TOILET COMPARTMENTS ARE
 PROVIDED, AT LEAST ONE TOILET COMPARTMENT SHALL COMPLY
 WITH 604.8.1. IN ADDITION TO THE COMPARTMENT REQUIRED
 TO COMPLY WITH 604.8.1, AT LEAST ONE COMPARTMENT SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 604.8.2 WHERE SIX OR MORE TOILET
 COMPARTMENTS ARE PROVIDED, OR WHERE THE COMBINATION OF
 URINALS AND WATER CLOSETS TOTALS SIX OR MORE FIXTURES.
  
 2A) COMPLIED. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014
 FBC-ACCESS CODE: 604.8.2.1 SIZE. AMBULATORY ACCESSIBLE
 COMPARTMENTS SHALL HAVE A DEPTH OF 60 INCHES MINIMUM
 AND A WIDTH OF 35 INCHES MINIMUM AND 37 INCHES MAXIMUM.
  
 2B) 2ND REQUEST. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014
 FBC-ACCESS CODE: 604.8.2.2 DOORS. TOILET COMPARTMENT

 A-04 DETAIL 9 THE GRAB BAR IS DIMENSIONED FROM THE
 FLOOR TO CENTER LINE OF THE FIXTURE. NOTE UNDER THE
 2014 FBC-ACCESS. CODE SECTION 609.4 THE GRAB BAR IS NOW
 MEASURED FROM THE FINISH FLOOR TO THE TOP OF THE
 GRASPING SURFACE. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014
 FBC-ACCESS CODE: 604.8.2.3 GRAB BARS. GRAB BARS SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 609. A SIDE-WALL GRAB BAR COMPLYING WITH
 604.5.1 SHALL BE PROVIDED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE
 COMPARTMENT.
  
 2D) 2ND REQUEST. 2014 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 107.2.1.3: W.P.B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE/SUCH INFORMATION
 SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE
 CITED AS A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR
 ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION".
  
 PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014 FBC-ACCESS CODE:
 609.8 STRUCTURAL STRENGTH. ALLOWABLE STRESSES SHALL NOT
 BE EXCEEDED FOR MATERIALS USED WHEN A VERTICAL OR
 HORIZONTAL FORCE OF 250 POUNDS IS APPLIED AT ANY POINT
 ON THE GRAB BAR, FASTENER, MOUNTING DEVICE, OR
 SUPPORTING STRUCTURE.
  
 3A) 2ND REQUEST. SHEET M-1 NOTE # 5 INDICATES NEW 100 %
 OUTSIDE AIR UNIT TO REPLACE 2 EXISTING UNITS ON
 PLATFORMS. RESPONSE INDICATES THE NEW UNIT IS TO SET IN
 A WARE HOUSE MEZZANINE. 2014 FBC-M 403.2 OUTDOOR AIR
 REQUIRED.
 THE MINIMUM OUTDOOR AIRFLOW RATE SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 403.3. VENTILATION SUPPLY
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO DELIVER THE REQUIRED RATE
 OF OUTDOOR AIRFLOW TO THE BREATHING ZONE WITHIN EACH
 OCCUPIABLE SPACE.
  
 1ST REVIEW COMMENTS. THIS NEW ROOFTOP UNIT APPEARS TO
 BE ON A ROOF TOP CURB AND NOT ON AN A/C STAND. FOR A
 NEW RTU A HOLE WILL NEED TO BE CUT INTO THE ROOF DECK,
 PLEASE PROVIDE NEW FRAMING DETAIL AND HOW THE NEW
 FRAMING WILL TIE BACK INTO THE MWFRS (MAIN WIND FORCE
 RESISTING SYSTEM? 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 REQUIRED.
 FBC-B 1609.6.4 DESIGN PROCEDURE. THE MWFRS AND THE
 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING OF EVERY BUILDING OR OTHER
 STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED FOR THE PRESSURES
 CALCULATED USING EQUATION 16-35.
  
 3B) 2ND REQUEST. FOR ALL ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT, CURBS OR
 A/C STANDS, DETAILED ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF FRAMING &
 DECK AS WELL AS FROM THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE
 EQUIPMENT ABOVE. 2014 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD
 EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS
 SHALL BE DETERMINED BY METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS
 THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY,
 GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM
 MATERIAL PROPERTIES. EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED
 TO RESIST THE OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL
 FORCES SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR

 WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE
 ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING
 ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS, SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 4) 2ND REQUEST. THE RESPONSE INDICATES THE WIND DESIGN
 CRITERIA WAS ADDED TO THE PLANS. THIS SHOULD BE ON THE
 STRUCTURAL SHEET S0.1, NOT FOUND BUT LOCATED ON THE
 ARCHITECTURAL COVERSHEET?
 2014 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
  
 4.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR (KM/HR) AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED,

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
