 TENANT FIT-UP AS A LEVEL LL ALTERATION AND THE BUILDING
 STRUCTURE BEING BUILT UNDER THE ORIGINAL PERMIT AS A
 SHELL BUILDING. THIS TENANT FIT UP IS THE 1ST
 OCCUPANCY. THE DESIGN DOCUMENTS LIST THIS AS A LEVEL LL
 ALTERATION, PLEASE NOTE AS THE 1ST TENANT FIT UP TO THE
 SHELL BUILDING THIS IS CONSIDERED NEW CONSTRUCTION, NOT
 A LEVEL II ALTERATION AND SHOULD RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE
 OF OCCUPANCY.
 SEE 2014 EXISTING 101.4.1. BUILDINGS NOT PREVIOUSLY
 OCCUPIED. A BUILDING OR PORTION OF A BUILDING THAT HAS
 NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY OCCUPIED OR USED FOR ITS INTENDED
 PURPOSE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS IN EXISTENCE AT THE
 TIME OF ITS COMPLETION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING OR FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, RESIDENTIAL, AS APPLICABLE, FOR NEW
 CONSTRUCTION OR WITH ANY CURRENT PERMIT FOR SUCH
 OCCUPANCY.
  
 2) COMPLIED.
  
 3A) SEMI-COMPLIED. OVERHEAD DOORS AND STOREFRONT FRAMES
 ARE NOW PART OF THIS PERMIT.
  
 3B) 2ND REQUEST. SHEET A-2 HAS NOTES LABELED
 SUPPLEMENTAL NOTES THAT ARE REQUIRING OVERHEAD DOOR AND
 STOREFRONT DOOR, HOLLOW METAL DOORS AND LINTELS. THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD IN RESPONSE INDICATES THE CONTRACTOR
 WILL SUBMIT TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.

 ADDENDUM A ITEM # 1. DELETE ALL CONCRETE FLOOR SLABS,
 SHALL BE POURED WITH INTERIOR BUILD OUT.
 FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATES, 2014 FBC BUILDING 1612 AND
 CITY OF WPB CODE OF ORDINANCES SECTION 94-546.
 STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN "AH" FLOOD ZONE. A FLOOD
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED. PLEASE REVIEW
 CITY ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY REQUIREMENTS REQUIRE AN
 ADDITIONAL 6 INCHES OF ELEVATION.
  
 DURING THE PERMITTING OF THIS STRUCTURE THERE WILL BE
 REQUIRED (3) DIFFERENT FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATES
 REQUIRED:
  
 (1) A FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED AS PART OF THE
 PLAN REVIEW DOCUMENTS WITH THE PROPOSED FINISH FLOOR
 HEIGHT. COMPLETED WITH PLAN REVIEW FOR SHELL BUILDING.
  
 (2) ONCE THE FIRST FLOOR SLAB IS POURED THE 2ND
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED.
  
 (3) BEFORE THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 OR A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION THE 3RD FLOOD ZONE
 CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED WITH THE HEIGHT OF ALL EXTERIOR
 ATTENDANTS A/C PADS OR OTHER SLABS FOR GENERATORS

 9) IMPACT FEES, IMPACT FEES MAY BE DUE EVEN THOUGH THIS
 IS 1ST TIME OCCUPANCY. TO DATE ZONING HAS NOT SEEN IF
 THERE HAS BEEN AN UPDATED TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY STUDY
 COMPLETED. THE P.B. COUNTY CONCURRENCY STUDY WILL NEED
 TO BE REVIEWED BY THE W. P. B. ZONING DEPARTMENT TO SEE
 AT WHAT STUDENT CAP WILL BE PUT ON THIS PROJECT. FROM
 THAT POINT THE PLANS WOULD GO TO PALM BEACH COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE OFFICE FOR ASSESSMENT.
  
 10) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
