 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE LATEST PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE
 STANDARDS REVIEW LETTER ISSUED ON APRIL 21, 2014,
 APPROVED 29,012 SF OF MEDICAL OFFICE (OR ANY
 COMBINATION OF GENERAL AND MEDICAL OFFICES), 3,820 SF
 BANK WDT, AND 12,000 SF GENERAL RETAIL. RESOLUTION NO.
 288-11 INCLUDES DEVELOPMENT REGULATION 15.B)V) REQUIRES
 THAT A CHANGE IN THE MIX OF USES APPROVED IN THE PALM
 BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS REVIEW
 LETTER SHALL REQUIRE A NEW PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC
 PERFORMANCE STANDARDS REVIEW LETTER. PRIOR TO ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING PERMIT, PROVIDE AN UPDATED
 PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS REVIEW
 LETTER APPROVING THE CONVERSION OF 13,340 SF OF MEDICAL
 OFFICE TO A 150 STUDENT HIGH SCHOOL.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN PROVIDED ON SHEET SP-1 SHOWS A 13,200
 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING. THE SHELL BUILDING PERMIT WAS FOR
 A 13,340 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING. THE SITE PLAN AND SITE
 PLAN FOOTNOTES SHALL BE CORRECTED TO REFLECT THE ACTUAL
 BUILDING CONDITION.
  
 3) THE FLOOR PLANS SHOW NEW OPENINGS ON MULTIPLE
 FACADES. PROVIDE UPDATED ELEVATION DRAWINGS SHOWING THE
 FACADE THAT MATCHES THE PROPOSED BUILDING REVISIONS.
  
 4) THE NEW DOORWAY OPENINGS ON THE WEST AND NORTH SIDES
 OF THE BUILDING APPEAR TO CONFLICT WITH THE APPROVED
 LANDSCAPE PLANS. ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE THIS PERMIT
 UNTIL A LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS SUBMITTED THAT SHOWS THE
 EXISTING LANDSCAPE ADJUSTED TO REFLECT THE PROPOSED
 DOORWAY OPENINGS. THE UPDATED PLANS SHALL VERIFY THAT
 THERE WILL BE NO LANDSCAPE DEFICIENCIES BASED ON THE
 NEW OPENINGS.
  
 5) RESOLUTION NO. 288-11 REQUIRES THAT ROOF MOUNTED AIR
 CONDITIONING, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, SATELLITE DISHES,
 GENERATORS, ETC., SHALL BE SCREENED FROM VIEW ON ALL
 SIDES BY A VISUALLY OPAQUE BARRIER CONSISTENT WITH THE
 COLOR, CHARACTER AND ARCHITECTURAL STYLE OF THE
 STRUCTURES. THE HEIGHT OF THE OPAQUE BARRIER SHALL BE
 AS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AMPLE SCREENING. PROVIDE PLANS
 TO VERIFY THAT THE PROPOSED NEW ROOFTOP UNITS, TO
 INCLUDE THEIR PLACEMENT ON THE EXISTING CURBS, ARE
 SCREENED FROM VIEW. DIMENSIONS SHALL BE INCLUDED.
  
 6) THE PLANS SHOW WALL MOUNTED EXTERIOR LIGHTS. PROVIDE
 PHOTOMETRIC PLANS TO SHOW THE FOOT CANDLE LEVEL AT THE
 WESTERN PROPERTY LINE.
