 $8,597,303.00 ($78.19 SQ. FT.) WILL BE THE ASSESSED
 VALUE FOR THE BUILDING. PLEASE NOTE THE MECHANICAL,
 ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND ROOFING PERMIT VALUES ARE
 INCORPORATED INTO THE MASTER/ PRIME PERMIT. THERE WILL
 BE A $80.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR THESE SUB-PERMITS IF
 THEY WERE NOT GENERATED AT THE ORIGINAL PERMIT
 SUBMITTAL TIME.
 ALL OTHER SUB-PERMITS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS BUILDING,
 LOW VOLTAGE, FIRE ALARM, FIRE SPRINKLER, ETC? PLEASE
 PROVIDE AN ITEMIZED LIST OF TYPE OF PERMIT AND VALUE OF
 THE CONTRACTS. PLEASE DEDUCT THESE VALUES FROM THE

 VALUE WE WILL USE ONCE THE UNKNOWNS ARE PROVIDED. THE
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT DOES NOT WANT TO DOUBLE DIP IN THE

 A THRESHOLD BUILDING. / FL S. S. 553.71(7) THRESHOLD
 BUILDING MEANING ANY BUILDING WHICH IS GREATER THAN (3)
 STORIES OR 50 FT. IN HEIGHT, OR WHICH HAS AN ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AS DENIED IN THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE WHICH EXCEEDS 5,000 SQ. FT. IN AREA AND
 AN OCCUPANT CONTENT OF GREATER THAN 500 PERSONS.
  
 2A)2ND REQUEST FOR A WRITTEN THRESHOLD INSPECTION PLAN,
 IT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS NOR PART
 OF THE STRUCTURAL NOTES ON SHEETS SS0.0 & S0.1.
 109.3.6.1 THRESHOLD INSPECTION PLAN. THE ENFORCING
 AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE A (WRITTEN/ TYPED) SPECIAL
 INSPECTOR TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS ON A
 THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A STRUCTURAL INSPECTION
 PLAN PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENFORCING
 AGENCY PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR
 THE CONSTRUCTION OF A THRESHOLD BUILDING. THE PURPOSE
 OF THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN IS TO PROVIDE
 SPECIFIC INSPECTION PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULES SO THAT

 POSSIBILITY OF A STRUCTURE ONLY PERMIT. THE COMPONENTS
 AND CLADDING WOULD BE ABLE TO BROUGHT IN UNDER THE
 BUILDING PERMIT. DURING THIS TIME WE WOULD BE GETTING
 SHOP DRAWINGS FOR THE SECONDARY FRAMING MEMBERS FOR THE
 WALLS AND ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS,
  
 11/04/2016.TO DATE THERE HAS BEEN NO SHOP DRAWINGS,
 ELEVATIONS OR VIEW OF THE ROOF SHOWING THE SPACING
 BETWEEN THE STRUCTURAL STEEL COLUMNS AND BEAMS OR THE
 PURLINS AND GIRTS FOR ZONES 1,2,3 4 & 5. THIS WILL NEED
 TO BE ENGINEERED DRAWINGS SINCE THE GIRTS AND PURLINS
 ARE SECONDARY FRAMING MEMBERS OF THE BUILDING. SPACING
 OF THE GIRTS AND PURLINS IS CRITICAL TO THE REVIEW OF
 THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR COMPONENTS AND CLADDING. BOLT
 LAYOUT FOR THE ANCHORAGE OF THE VERTICAL STEEL COLUMNS
 TO THE FOUNDATIONS, AND CENTER TO CENTER OF COLUMNS.
