 CROSS-ACCESS EASEMENT SHALL BE RECORDED ALLOWING FUTURE
 ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY TO THE SOUTH. THIS EASEMENT WILL
 NEED TO BE RECORDED, AND COPY PROVIDED TO THE PLANNING
 DIVISION, PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY (C.O.) FOR THE BUILDING.
