 2A) 109.3.6.1 THRESHOLD INSPECTION PLAN. THE ENFORCING
 AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE A (WRITTEN/ TYPED) SPECIAL
 INSPECTOR TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS ON A
 THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A STRUCTURAL INSPECTION
 PLAN PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENFORCING
 AGENCY PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR
 THE CONSTRUCTION OF A THRESHOLD BUILDING. THE PURPOSE
 OF THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN IS TO PROVIDE
 SPECIFIC INSPECTION PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULES SO THAT

 ARE REQUIRED TO BE FILED OUT BY ALL PARTIES WITH
 INTEREST, NOTARIZED AND RETURNED TO THIS OFFICE, AND
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED BEFORE PERMIT ISSUANCE WILL TAKE
 PLACE
  
 2C) THRESHOLD BLDG., REQUIRED STATEMENT: W.P.B.
 AMENDMENT 110.3.7.4.4 ALL PLANS FOR THE BUILDING WHICH
 ARE REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE ARCHITECT
 OR ENGINEER OF RECORD CONTAIN A STATEMENT THAT, TO THE
 BEST OF THE ARCHITECT'S OR ENGINEER'S KNOWLEDGE, THE
 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE
 FIRE-SAFETY STANDARDS AS DETERMINED BY THE LOCAL
 AUTHORITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION AND 633
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 2D) 110.3.7.4.3 ALL SHORING AND RESHORING PROCEDURES,
 PLANS AND DETAILS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENFORCEMENT
 AGENCY FOR RECORDKEEPING. EACH SHORING AND RESHORING
 INSTALLATION SHALL BE SUPERVISED, INSPECTED AND
 CERTIFIED TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE SHORING
 DOCUMENTS BY THE CONTRACTOR.
  
 2E) FOR THE SPECIAL INSPECTOR PLEASE PROVIDE A RESUME'
 OF INSPECTION EXPERIENCE ON PREVIOUS PROJECT. THE
 RESUME' MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ALL CERTIFICATES AS
 SPECIFIED HEREIN. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR HIS DESIGNEE
 WILL REVIEW THE RESUME'
  
 2F) THE CONTRACTOR WILL PRODUCE A JOB SUMMARY OR

 INSPECTIONS WITHOUT THIS THE PERMIT EXPIRES IN 6
 MONTHS, ABANDONMENT OF JOB, NO INSPECTION ACTIVITY.
  
 2I) 109.3.6 THRESHOLD BUILDINGS, OPERATING GUIDELINES
 FOR THRESHOLD INSPECTORS #26. ASSURE THAT THE DESIGNER
 HAS REQUIRED ON THE PLANS OR SPECIFICATIONS ONE
 MATERIAL, APPROVED FOR FIRE STOPPING PENETRATIONS, FOR
 WALLS AND CEILINGS.
  
 3) SHEET S0.0. PROVIDES THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA. THE
 EXPOSURE IS LISTED AS A ?C? EXPOSURE. EXPOSURES FOR THE
 BUILDING ARE TAKEN FOR THE WORST CASE SCENARIO. THERE
 IS OVER 5000 FEET OF WATER TO THE NORTH AND NNW MEETING
 THE DEFINITION OF EXPOSURE D. 1609.4 EXPOSURE CATEGORY.
 1609.4.3 EXPOSURE CATEGORIES.
 AN EXPOSURE CATEGORY SHALL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE FOLLOWING: EXPOSURE D. EXPOSURE D SHALL APPLY
 WHERE THE GROUND SURFACE ROUGHNESS, AS DEFINED BY
 SURFACE ROUGHNESS D, PREVAILS IN THE UPWIND DIRECTION
