 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE
 BUILDING WITHIN THE PROJECT.
  
 2) THIS REVIEW CYCLE THE ARCHITECTURAL NOR STRUCTURAL
 SHEETS HAVE EVIDENCE OF AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE.

 PROVIDING WHAT THE SAFE MINIMUM BEARING WOULD BE NOR
 HOW TO DEVELOP THE FOUNDATION TO THE SAME BEARING
 VALUE. BORING REPORT WOULD ALSO INDICATE IF THERE IS
 ANY MUCK UNDER THE PROPOSED STRUCTURES. 2014 FBC-B

 STRENGTH OR COMPRESSIBILITY OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT OR

 IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION

 DOES SHOW WHAT APPEARS TO BE A LINTEL AND 16 INCH DEEP
 BOND BEAM, IS THERE ANY STIRRUPS AND OR HAIR TIES TO BE
 PLACED IN THIS BEAM. PLEASE REVIEW ACI 530 SECTION
 7.5.3.1 SHEAR REINFORCEMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED PARALLEL
 TO THE DIRECTION OF APPLIED FORCES. SPACING OF SHEAR
 REINFORCEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF D/2 OR 48
 IN.

 SHOW COMPLIANCE FOR 1209.2 ATTIC SPACES.

 OF NOT LESS THAN 30 INCHES (762 MM) SHALL BE PROVIDED
 IN THE ATTIC SPACE AT OR ABOVE THE ACCESS OPENING.

 PERMIT VALUATION AS INDICATED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 INDICATES A VALUE OF $55,000.00. THE 08/2015 ICC
 BUILDING VALUATION TABLES FOR A UTILITY OCCUPANCY,
 BLDG., TYPE VB 2069 SQ. FT. X $44.63= $92,339.00 IN
 VALUE.
  
 10) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
