 CONNECTOR SCHEDULE. NOTE: NEED TO UPDATE THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBERS LISTED ON THE TRUSS CONNECTOR
 SCHEDULE. FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NEEDS TO BE FOR THE
 2014 CODE VERSION NOT 2010.
  
 7- DESIGNER OR RECORD TO APPROVE ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. NOTE:
 PLEASE PLACE REVIEW STAMP ON THE FRONT OF THE COVER
 PAGE OF THE PRODUCT APPROVAL NOT ON THE BACK. STAMP ON
 THE BACK OF THE PAGE DON'T ALLOW FOR PROPER SCANNING OF

 C) THE COVER PAGE IS MISSING THE BUILDING PROFESSIONAL
 DESIGNER OF RECORD INFORMATION AS REQUIRED BY F.A.C.
 SEC. 61G15-31.003.
  
 D) ALL GENERAL DETAILS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED AS
 REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 E) INDIVIDUAL TRUSSES ARE DESIGNED BASED ON THE 2010
 FBC. NEED TO REVISE USING THE CURRENT BUILDING CODE.
 REVISE THE GENERAL INFORMATION IN THE MIDDLE PAGE OF
 EACH INDIVIDUAL TRUSS AND NOTE #1 OF EACH INDIVIDUAL
 TRUSS. REVISE AS REQUIRED. CHAPTER 553 FLORIDA-STATUTE.
  
 F) INDIVIDUAL TRUSSES NEED TO BE DESIGNED FOR THE ATTIC
 LIVE LOAD AS REQUIRED BY NOTES "B" AND "G" OF TABLE
 R301.5 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014). REVISE AS
