 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET AS2.1.1. INDICATES THE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE
 4 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES AN ACCESSIBLE SPACE WHERE 3
 OF THE 4 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES WILL HAVE TO WHEEL
 BEHIND ANOTHER PERSON?S CAR. PLEASE NOTE THE 2014
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 502.3 ACCESS AISLE. ALL
 SPACES MUST BE LOCATED ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE THAT IS
 AT LEAST 44 INCHES (1118 MM) WIDE SO THAT USERS ARE NOT
 COMPELLED TO WALK OR WHEEL BEHIND PARKED VEHICLES
 EXCEPT BEHIND HIS OR HER OWN VEHICLE.
  
 2) SHEET AS2.1.1 THE 2 LEFT ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES
 NEXT TO THE DRAINAGE GRATE HAVE ELEVATION
 IDENTIFICATION TAGS. THE 2 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES TO
 THE RIGHT DO NOT GIVE US IDENTIFICATION TAGS
 IDENTIFYING THE ELEVATION AND CROSS SLOPE OF THE 2
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES AND ACCESS AISLE. PLEASE
 PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 502.4 SLOPES NOT STEEPER THAN 1 : 48SHALL BE PERMITTED.
  
 3) NOTICE ONLY!!!! THE PROPOSED PLAN SHOWS THE NEW
 ROUTE IN THE DRIVING LANE FOR A LONGER PERIOD OF TIME
 THAN THE ORIGINAL DESIGN AND LAYOUT. WHERE THE ORIGINAL
 DESIGN AND LAYOUT WOULD HAVE BEEN UNDER FLORIDA
 STATUTES OF 2010 OR OLDER F.S. 553.5041 (5)(B) THE
 LANGUAGE OF THE STATUTE READ: EACH SPACE MUST BE
 LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST SAFELY ACCESSIBLE ROUTE. UNDER
 THE SAME FLORIDA STATUTE FROM 2011 TO THE CURRENT 2015
 STATUTES IT READS WHERE THERE ARE MULTIPLE ENTRANCES
 THE PARKING SPACES ARE TO BE DISPERSED. SO THERE IS NO
 LANGUAGE IN TODAYS STATUTE THAT THE EGRESS PATH HAS TO
 BE SAFE.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
