 APPLICATION NOR PROVIDED IN THE TITLEBLOCK. 2014
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W 2014 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS
 TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE
 PROJECT.
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A HIGHRISE BUILDING THAT
 REQUIRES FIRE SPRINKLERS PER FBC-B 403.3. THERE IS AN
 EXISITNG FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WITHIN THE TENANT SPACE.
 IF LESS THAN 50 HEADS NEED TO BE MOVED THE FIRE
 SPRINKLER CONTRACTOR CAN DRAW THE PLANS, OTHERWISE THE
 FIRE SPRINKLER PLANS NEED TO BE ENGINEERED. WITHIN THE
 PLANS SUBMITTED THERRE WAS NO FIRE SPRINKLER PLANS.
 PLANS SHALL COMPLY WITH FBC-B 903.2.11.3.1.
  
 3A) SHEET A1.1 SHOWS A ASSEMBLY USAGE IN THE RECEPTION
 AND CONFERENCE ROOM AREAS. THESE ROOMS WILL HAVE AN
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF GREATER THAN 50 REQUIRING (2) MEANS OF
 EGRESS. THE DOOR LABELED NUMBER 9 WOULD BE THE 2 ND
 REQUIRED MEANS OF EGRESS FROM THIS AREA AND THE DOOR
 NEEDS TO SWING IN THE DIRECTION OF EGRESS TRAVEL WHERE
 SERVING A ROOM OR AREA CONTAINING AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF
 50 OR MORE PERSONS. FBC-B 1008.1.2.
  
 3B) NOTE SHEET E2.1 THE EGRESS DIRECTIONAL LIGHT CLOSE
 TO THE BREAK ROOM WILL NEED TO BE RE-DIRECTED TO THE
 DOOR # 9 FOR THE 2ND MEANS OF EGRESS FOR THIS AREA.

 4) SHEET A1.1 THE DOOR # 9 WILL ALSO NEED TO COMPLY
 WITH FBC-B 1008.1.10 PANIC AND FIRE EXIT HARDWARE.
 DOORS SERVING A GROUP H OCCUPANCY AND DOORS SERVING
 ROOMS OR SPACES WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 OR MORE IN
 A GROUP A OR E OCCUPANCY SHALL NOT BE PROVIDED WITH A
 LATCH OR LOCK UNLESS IT IS PANIC HARDWARE OR FIRE EXIT
 HARDWARE.
  
 5) SHEET A1.1 FILE ROOM 947 & 948 DOES THE FLOOR
 LOADING OF THIS FILE ROOM EXCEED THE SAFE FLOOR LIMITS
 WITHOUT ADDITIONAL FLOOR FRAMING. THE FLOOR LOADING IN
 OFFICE AREAS LIVE LOADS IS BUSINESS AREAS 50 SQ. FT.
 WHEREAS FILE ROOMS SHALL BE DESIGNED FOR HEAVIER LOADS
 ANTICIPATED USAGE. FBC-B TABLE 1607.1.
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
