 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) RESOLUTION NO. 322-15, APPROVING THE OKEECHOBEE
 COMMONS RESIDENTIAL DSI PROJECT, REQUIRES THAT CERTAIN
 CONDITIONS ARE MET PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF ANY
 BUILDING PERMIT BY THE ZONING DIVISION. PLEASE PROVIDE
 ANY DOCUMENTATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT-PLANNING DIVISION VERIFYING THAT THE
 CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN MET. [REPEAT COMMENT FROM
 6/22/2016]
  
 2.) THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE LATEST APPROVED
 AMENDMENT TO THE SITE PLAN (REFERENCE: PB 1491K,
 APPROVED BY THE PLANNING DIVISION ON 7/8/16 WITH
 CONDITIONS). THE SITE PLAN WILL NEED TO BE UPDATED FOR
 CONSISTENCY. ALSO, THE SITE PLAN MUST ILLUSTRATE ALL
 SETBACKS, DETAILS, ETC. PER THE APPROVED SITE PLAN.
  
 3.) A RIGHT-OF-WAY (ROW) PERMIT FROM THE LAKE WORTH
 DRAINAGE DISTRICT (LWDD) FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE
 FREESTANDING PROJECT ENTRANCE SIGN, LOCATED WITHIN THE
 LWDD ROW SHALL BE OBTAINED AND A COPY OF THE ROW PERMIT
 SHALL BE PROVIDED TO STAFF PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A
 BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE MONUMENT SIGN. THIS WAS A
 CONDITION OF APPROVAL FOR MINOR DSI AMENDMENT CASE NO.
 PB 1491K.
