 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) RESOLUTION NO. 322-15, APPROVING THE OKEECHOBEE
 COMMONS RESIDENTIAL DSI PROJECT, REQUIRES THAT CERTAIN
 CONDITIONS ARE MET PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF ANY
 BUILDING PERMIT BY THE ZONING DIVISION. PLEASE PROVIDE
 ANY DOCUMENTATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT-PLANNING DIVISION VERIFYING THAT THE
 CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN MET.
  
 2.) ANY CHANGES TO THE SITE PLAN WILL REQUIRE AN
 AMENDMENT TO THE DSI; CHANGES HAVE BEEN DETECTED.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT AN APPLICATION FOR A MINOR DSI
 AMENDMENT WAS SUBMITTED TO PLANNING STAFF ON 5/25/16.
 THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE SITE PLAN IS CURRENTLY
 PENDING. ONCE APPROVED, THE SITE PLAN WILL NEED TO BE
 UPDATED FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 3.) THERE ARE TWO (2) MONUMENT SIGNS DEPICTED IN THE
 SITE PLAN SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT DRAWINGS. PLEASE
 ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 4.) THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE HEIGHT FOR THE MONUMENT SIGN
 IS 4 FT. THE PLANS INDICATE THAT THE MONUMENT SIGN IS
 TALLER THAN 4 FT. [ZLDR S.94-407(2)]
  
 5.) IS THE NAME OF THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
 "OKEECHOBEE COMMONS" OR "OKEECHOBEE APARTMENTS," AS
 SPECIFIED IN THE PERMIT DRAWINGS? PLEASE
 CLARIFY/ADDRESS.
  
 REVISIONS TO THE PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
