 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE PROJECT, ADDRESS

 INDICATES THE EXPOSURE AS A "B" EXPOSURE, PLEASE UPDATE
 PLANS, REVIEW SECTION 2014 FBC-B 1609.4.2 SURFACE
 ROUGHNESS CATEGORIES. SURFACE ROUGHNESS C. OPEN TERRAIN
 WITH SCATTERED OBSTRUCTIONS HAVING HEIGHTS GENERALLY
 LESS THAN 30 FEET (9144 MM). THIS CATEGORY INCLUDES
 FLAT OPEN COUNTRY, AND GRASSLANDS. THIS SURFACE
 ROUGHNESS SHALL ALSO APPLY TO ANY BUILDING LOCATED

 DIRECTION OF OPEN AREAS OF SURFACE ROUGHNESS C OR

 M) IN THE UPWIND DIRECTION AND A WIDTH GREATER THAN 150
 FEET (46 M).
  
 4) SHEET A1.09 THE ADDRESS WILL NEED TO COMPLY WITH THE
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH MUNI CODE SECTION ;
 4A) 78-6 (3) MONUMENT SIGNS. ALL MONUMENT SIGNS FOR
 MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, OR
 INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENTS SHALL POST THE ADDRESS RANGE
 FOR THE DEVELOPMENT. THE POSTED ADDRESS RANGE SHALL
 MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION.
  
 4B) SECTION 78.6(1) SIZE AND TYPE. SIZE AND TYPE. ALL
 ADDRESS CHARACTERS SHALL BE ARABIC NUMERALS, EXCEPT
 THAT ENGLISH LETTERS MAY BE USED TO IDENTIFY INDIVIDUAL

 CHARACTERS SHALL BE OF A COLOR IN DIRECT CONTRAST TO
 AND CLEARLY DISTINGUISHABLE FROM THE BACKGROUND TO
 WHICH THE CHARACTERS ARE AFFIXED.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
