 THERE IS NO ELEVATIONS PROVIDED AT THE BOTTOM NOR TOP
 LANDING. PLEASE NOTE THE SLOPE IS INDICATED AT 1:20
 BETWEEN, RAMP SLOPES ARE WITHIN THESE TORANCES FOR NEW
 CONSTRUCTION1:12 AND 1A:20. IF THE SLOPE IS ABOVE THE
 1:20, 1:21 IT IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED A RAMP BUT GRADE.
 AT 1:20 HANDRAILS WILL STILL BE REQUIRED. 2014
 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 405.8 HANDRAILS. RAMP RUNS WITH A RISE
 GREATER THAN 6 INCHES (150 MM) SHALL HAVE HANDRAILS
 COMPLYING WITH 505.
  
 5) SHEET A1.07 SHOWS ELEVATIONS AROUND THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE BUT THERE ARE NONE OF THE RAMP AND THE
 OPENING OF THE COMPACTOR HOPPER SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 REACH RANGES. 2014 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 308 .2 FORWARD AND
 308.3 SIDE REACH RANGES.
  
 6) SHEET A1.07 ALSO SHOWS 3 FT X 4 FT OPAQUE WOOD
 ACCESS DOORS W/ COMPACTOR CHUTE BEHIND. PLEASE GIVE
 ADDITIONAL DETAIL ON THE HARDWARE FOR OPENING THESE
 DOORS IN COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-ACCESS.
 6A) CODE 309.3 HEIGHT. OPERABLE PARTS SHALL BE PLACED
 WITHIN ONE OR MORE OF THE REACH RANGES SPECIFIED IN

 WITH ONE HAND AND SHALL NOT REQUIRE TIGHT GRASPING,

 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
