 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) RESOLUTION NO. 322-15, APPROVING THE OKEECHOBEE
 COMMONS RESIDENTIAL DSI PROJECT, REQUIRES THAT CERTAIN
 CONDITIONS ARE MET PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF ANY
 BUILDING PERMIT BY THE ZONING DIVISION. PLEASE PROVIDE
 ANY DOCUMENTATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT-PLANNING DIVISION VERIFYING THAT THE
 CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN MET.
  
 2.) ANY CHANGES TO THE SITE PLAN WILL REQUIRE AN
 AMENDMENT TO THE DSI; CHANGES HAVE BEEN DETECTED.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT AN APPLICATION FOR A MINOR DSI
 AMENDMENT WAS SUBMITTED TO PLANNING STAFF ON 5/25/16.
 THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE SITE PLAN IS CURRENTLY
 PENDING. ONCE APPROVED, THE SITE PLAN WILL NEED TO BE
 UPDATED FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 3.) PROVIDE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE FRONT PROPERTY
 LINE (OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD) TO THE PROPOSED SITE ENTRY
 TOWER. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SITE ENTRY TOWER IS
 CONSIDERED AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AND MUST BE SETBACK
 AT LEAST 25 FT. FROM THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE ON
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD. IF THE SITE ENTRY TOWER IS PLACED
 WITHIN THE FRONT SETBACK, THE HEIGHT OF THE ENTRY TOWER
 MUST COMPLY WITH THE FENCE/WALL HEIGHT REGULATIONS OF
 THE DISTRICT.
  
 REVISIONS TO THE PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
