 6. FBC 5TH ED. EXISTING BUILDING 301, REVISE THE PLAN
 TO STATE THE COMPLIANCE METHOD ELECTED. IF THIS IS A
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, INCORPORATE THIS INTO THE PLAN AND
 SHOW COMPLIANCE.
  
 7. AS IT IS NOT CLEAR WHETHER OR NOT THIS IS A CHANGE
 OF OCCUPANCY, IT IS NOT CLEAR WHETHER OR NOT IMPACT
